Then, the screen switched to cats, and Sylvania immediately wrinkled her nose. "Nope. Not a cat person," she said.
Russell chuckled again. "You’ve made that clear. Cats aren’t your thing."
As the program continued, none of the animals seemed to catch Sylvania’s attention. In her heart, none of them compared to Coco, her loyal and beloved companion. She sighed softly, her thoughts drifting away. Where could Coco be right now? Was he safe? Did someone else take him in?
