“Leverage, Julian? My dear nephew, you fail to grasp the scale of the operation. You merely activated the Self-Cleansing Protocol. The Syndicate was a cancer, and you performed the necessary surgery. But the organism survives.”
Marcus gestured toward the two chrome androids. “These are my Final Sentinels, Julian. They are the only two physical assets I trust. They are designed to defend this facility and, more importantly, to enforce my final will.”
He then pointed to the obsidian desk. Resting on a pedestal was a single, smaller,
