May the Creator grant you the light of happiness and endurance.” A gentle light suddenly touched my forehead. For a moment my mind went completely blank. When I came back to my senses, Serenity was pouting.

Serenity chuckled, taking a step closer till she was standing in front of him and lifted her hand to cup his neck, “You’ll earn their respect in time, for now, all that matters is that they fear you.” The sweet hint of her cherry blossom perfume tickled his senses, even in the darkened room, Serenity was like a beacon of light guiding him. Her hazel orbs were like his very own abyss, a place he could lose himself and drown his anger and sorrow, the only place in the world he felt safe. “I don’t know if fear alone is enough.
