Emperor Shadow

Emperor Shadow

They felt like their bodies refused to comply with their brains. “Are you sure about that?” Shadow’s right hand sneakily delved inside her back pocket. Hermes and Hercules stayed silent, and couldn't say anything. Their minds were mostly blank. Pitch black. Literally nothing. They had no thoughts which were weird. Gradually, Shadow revealed what she was hiding behind her. It was a SURVIVOR HK-786BK Black Survival Knife. Hermes and Hercules’s eyes bulged and their mouths were literally foaming. They were also unsurprisingly peed inside their pants due to the fear.

Global Unity {Revamped}

Global Unity {Revamped}

The group and I arrived at the endless expanse of the Green Hills, Shadow looked up to see the skies showing a fleshy-like hue, Shadow turned to see Maria “Shadow, someone is coming and he’s fast” she said. I turned to see a blue hedgehog running towards us but his eyes were flesh-like, telltale signs of Corona’s brainwashing. “Sonic the Hedgehog” I said, Sonic cracked his knuckles “I knew Corona that you would be trouble” said Sonic pointing his finger at me. “Corona doesn’t know that this is my sanctuary, hence she usurped my creational throne” I said. Then Sonic ran “then we fight Inkcanius” said Sonic. “Inkcanius I will back you up, this is how we fought against each other” said Shadow.

Shadow Wolves

Shadow Wolves

Orange Street lights illuminated the bellies of the grey clouds that hung above and in the distance were the lit signs of stores and restaurants. Chloe didn’t recognise the place but something in the back of her mind told her this was a human settlement of some kind. It wasn’t in the same state but was also close enough to share the same kind of weather. The shadows circled around her legs, rubbing their pitch black pelts over Chloe’s naked skin. The fur was as cold as ice but as soft as silk and it tickled her fingers as she Idly reached out to touch them. It were the shadows that coaxed her to follow some invisible path set out just for her. Chloe wasn’t sure how she knew this, but the sha

Shadow Bound

Shadow Bound

While Bo has a shining white head free of even a single strand of hair and a short thin (mostly gray) facial hair and smells like golden spice. Gray is standing on the left side of a semicircle made up of him, Cordelia and Bo, with cordelia being in the middle, a few yards just ahead of us. Gray’s holding a long thick metal link chain in his hands, conversing with the two. Iselyn and I stop a few feet away, just close enough to alert them to our presence and hear the conversation.

Shadow Moon

Shadow Moon

At 5'10", her presence commanded attention, but she preferred to stay unnoticed. Her dark skin glowed under the morning sun, and her eyes, a striking shade of amber, held secrets untold. She pulled her hood tighter, hoping to shield herself from the prying eyes she could already feel on her. She sighed, remembering the last town, the last school, the last narrow escape. The coven was always a step behind her, their sinister intentions cloaked in shadow but ever-present. She couldn’t afford to grow attached, couldn’t afford to make friends or enemies. But she knew this routine all too well. Blend in, keep your head down, and move on before anyone gets too close.

Shadow Pack

Shadow Pack

The shadow lurked in the shrubbery, trying to stay hidden from its pursuers, laying low on the ground as its blue eyes were looking at the people—bad, dirty humans—who were trying to catch it beforehand. The sound of heavy footsteps echoed through the forest as the dried leaves were crushed underneath their boots. The poachers were turning their heads here and there, wanting to make sure that they were not missing any spot that the sable, furry wolf could not be hiding away from them. Their leader harrumphed loudly as he stomped his foot on the ground. “Anything? Anything at all?” he asked his crew—the very people that he trusted to bring the big, black wolf to his feet as he paid them to do

Ava

Ava

There was nowhere they could go that Shadow wouldn’t find them. A big brown wolf came into his view, leaping over bushes and tree trunks to get away from him. ‘I grow tired of this game,’ Shadow declared as he sped up. And then he had the Beta’s hind leg in his jaws. The whines, whimpers, and howls did nothing to faze him as he shook the wolf from side to side and then threw him against a tree trunk. The wolf was obviously stupid because he got up and tried to run again. He had him by his other leg and gave it the same treatment.

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

The lower half of Wilbur's body was swallowed immediately, leaving his torso above the ground. The shadow seemed akin to a swamp, and Wilbur could not free himself no matter how hard he struggled. Just then, figures of Shadow Men appeared one after another from the depths of the murky shadow on the floor. Some of them were holding blades, some holding spears and swords. The Shadow Men surrounded Wilbur before beginning to make their way closer to Wilbur while launching their attack. Wilbur borrowed the power of light and emitted a blinding white glow. The shadow men were struck by the light, melting into the murky shadow swamp.

Alpha Blake's Broken Luna

Alpha Blake's Broken Luna

We can see through the darkness luckily because so can Bane and his men apparently and they advance as soon as the fog covers the whole area. ‘Now Tristan.’ I mindlink our Beta, and he howls from somewhere to my left. Shadow rubs his head against Dawn, and she reciprocates his affection before the first rogue is over us. Shadow takes him down without a hitch, tearing his throat out. Another rogue comes at us and Dawn makes short progress, killing him as well, throwing his body into an advancing Bane.

Started the book 2 days ago and I'm really enjoying it so far. Thank God the FL met Alpha Blake who is just amazing in protecting her. Still curious about her wolf and why Alpha Bane can still feel the mate bond.

wonderful book! hard to put down! I had actually read it last year, but did not realize that I had until I was halfway into it, so I had to read it again to the end! there are a few grammaical errors, but not enough to cause issues.

Half Blood Shadow

Half Blood Shadow

only the desperate used, a place where the ceiling lights didn't reach and the shadows had teeth. They scrambled up a rickety wooden ladder, the wood groaning under their weight. Below them, Gnash skidded to a halt, looking up with a grimace. He wasn't a climber, but he was a tracker. He pulled a small mechanical spider from his pocket and whispered a command into its gears. The spider’s eyes glowed red, and it began to scale the wall with terrifying efficiency. "He’s got a drone-construct!" Anna hissed, her blue eyes flashing.
