Alex replied with an emotionless face, doing as if he didn't notice the gunpowder in the air between his two subordinates. "Shadow, do you think we will find them here?" Alex asked in his head. "Yes, I have 80% assurance that we will find a clue of their whereabouts" Shadow's voice sounded in Alex's mind. The man in Shadow has hidden in a spatial artifact that Alex owned. Alex smiled and said, "Let's see where they could be hiding."

Blake's men were about to follow the attacker or even take him down when Shadow stopped them. "It's my spy," Shadow declared, walking to the wall. Pulling the arrow out in one go, she looked at her master. "They sent some urgent news." She recognised the arrow by its unique structure and colour. It was a jet-black metallic arrow with a round bulging structure at the proximal part of the shaft. There was a small button, which was hardly visible, just below the bulge. She pressed the button and a small door on the bulge opened before a small rolled letter fell on her palm.

He mumbled into my ear as I felt something clicked from my neck. Wait wasn't that... Wolves were running all over, and then she got a mindlink. "The Shadow Howlers are here, and it looks like they came to fight," Her dad said in the mindlink to the pack. Why would The Shadow Howlers come to their pack? They were the pack that basically policed other packs, but The Last Moon Pack hadn't done anything wrong. In fact, they were so vanilla that Bianca hoped her mate would take her away. She picked Trisha up and ran toward the pack house. They got to the front porch just as the warriors arrived.

Shaid said, repeating everything The White Tiger told her to say. She didn't think it would work, but she didn't have anything else she could come up with, that was good enough. “Shaid I couldn't just leave you there to die, and no one is going to kill you. Arthur sighed for he was wondering himself of this question. Why he, Arthur Adamos, was waiting for the right time to claim his mate, Diana Marchand as if there will be something coming their way to separate them? Perhaps there was an obstacle. Her brother, Xavier, was the Beta of the Shadow Pack and Arthur doesn't want any trouble with him. Xavier can be scary if his sister was in threat. Arthur shook that question away before there was a commotion and a crowd was drawing up as he was approaching the incident.
