Shakespeare Book Nook Novels & Stories

Just as I thought, it was one of William Shakespeare's works. A small smile tugged at my lips. The scent of old paper drifted up as I flipped through the yellowed pages, instantly familiar and comforting. “Seems like you're a fan of Shakespeare.” The voice came from behind me. I flinched so hard the book slipped from my hands and hit the floor with a dull thud. I hadn't heard anyone come in. That's because you didn't close the door, stupid, a tiny voice in my head reminded me. I spun around and found Mr. Devereaux standing in the doorway.

Mr Edwards orders the girl right in front of me to start reading and so she stands up and then reads the book. I still cannot understand shakespeare's english yet even if I love the book. and still I don't get why he let them die in the end. it's depressing how the story has a tragic end. it makes me wonder if I will find my own Romeo too, and I wonder if we will die too. Haha just joking, am I ?

There was absolutely nothing for me here. Next stop, was his bookshelf. As a book lover, he could have hidden something valuable in here. Or maybe Noah had turned the table into a bookshelf. It was weird but I couldn't rule it past Noah. Taking a peek at the pockets of my dress, I stole a glance at the papers again. I looked back to the bookshelf and disappointment filled my veins. The drawing of the table was filled with designs, while this bookshelf was as bare as an empty field that had just seen the worst drought in the land.

It was disastrous but we ate it with a smile on our face. Right now, I was seated at the balcony, reading another book from Shakespeare; 'The merchant of Venice.' "If I had known this book would take your whole attention, I wouldn't have given it to you." I chuckled, looking up to see Nicklaus, leaning on the wall, his arms crossed over his chest as he stared at me. "I just love this book." I said with a smile on my lips. "More than you love me?" He joked. "Oh please." I rolled my eyes, flipping another book.

She held out the book to Noah, wanting to part with it as soon as possible. Noah gladly took it before he turned to her. “Want to switch?” he said holding out his book. “It’s about a hero fighting to change the world.” Ophelia eyed the book hesitantly, wondering if another fairytale would poke another of her fresh wounds. In the end, she took it. Losing her mind for even a second while reading was a better bargain than leaving it to misery to be consumed. She eyed the hardcover allowing her fingers to trace the embroidered title.

“You’re back from boarding school.” “I am,” he whispered. “Well? How was it? Did you like it? I haven’t seen you for so long. What?” she asked, noting that he was staring at her for a bit too long. He grinned and held up a book. “Read this to me,” he said instead. “I missed you reading to me.” She noted that the book was old. She smiled when she saw that it was Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. “All right,” she replied, taking the book from him. In an instant, the book was snatched from her hand and thrown to the floor. Sakura looked up to see Alaina and Tara standing before them, glaring down at her.

she says looking at me, I tried my best to hide under my own overgrown bangs. "Do you have it reserved already?" I ask hoping that was the case so I can grab one that's near the check stand of all the reserved books for their customers. I was starting to feel self-conscious of myself as I caught the woman still looking but shook it off as I had to work. "Yes it's under the name of Kennedy smith” she replies. I nodded and looked up the name, once got to the checkout stand, finding it rather quickly then did the whole check out process for reserved books before putting in a bag for her.

I nod and look around. “Where is the book?” I ask. She wasn’t carrying anything when she entered the room. “I always carry it with me, you just can’t see it,” Shanna explains. She mutters a couple of strange words, holds out her hand, and a book appears and falls onto it. The cover is fine leather engraved with a vine-like design that swirls around the edges of a large picture. The picture depicts a woman standing with her arms stretched up above her head. Above her, there are stars in the sky and I swear I see one twinkle. Shanna opens to the first page and I am stunned to see a spell.

He pored over his bookcase, taking out a first edition of Shakespeare’s Macbeth and inserting it into his bag. Phoenicia suddenly crossed the room, reaching him with lightning speed, grabbed his wrist, and snatched the book from his hand. She slammed it down on the tabletop, and scowled at him. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?” she hissed. Now he was annoyed. He frowned back. “What business of it is yours?”
