MARIA Shivers racked her body and she curved more on the cot, folding into herself as if it could provide more warmth to her icy cold body. She had her hands wrapped around herself as she shook, her teeth gnashing against each other. Tremors racked her frame and as the next wave hit her, she held stiff, hoping that it would fend off the shaking, but all it did was worsen and when the next wave hit her, she whimpered. Maria didn’t know how it was possible for her to feel both hot and cold at the same time, but that was what she was feeling right now.

Her body tensed, her legs trembling uncontrollably as a gush of wetness spilled onto the floor beneath her. Her gasp was loud, her body convulsing as the release overwhelmed her. "Did you just…?" I asked, my voice a mix of amusement and disbelief. "Ahh... Red... Fuck, my legs..." she gasped, her legs shaking badly. She struggled to stay steady, her hands gripping the bed as her body reacted, unable to control the shakes.

The Next Day Jayda woke up with a cold and a slight headache. She was not happy about it because she was anticipating leaving the hospital today. But with her cold, she had no doubt the doctor was going to keep her in the hospital for at least one more day. To her surprise, she was discharged in the evening and that made her happy as hell. I lock myself in the bedroom and immediately head for the sink. My hands are shaking too hard to control the faucet, so I slam it on and shove both wrists under the freezing water. “Something is wrong. I need…” I don't even know what I need. Air. Water. Something to make this stop. “Let's get you outside,” Adrian says, his arm tight around my waist. But outside doesn't help. The cool night air hits my overheated skin and I start to shake. I don't know if my body is freezing or burning. “Sit.” Adrian guides me to a bench, but sitting makes it worse. Everything makes it worse. My hands shake as I press them to my flushed cheeks. What's happening to me? This isn't normal. It's not alcohol or exhaustion, it's something else entirely.

My head throws itself back involuntarily, smacking against the tire well. Tears sting my eyes, Oh my goddess, I'm going to choke to death. My heart starts thudding through my stomach and I begin to physically shake. I have literally no idea how he’s going to react at all and I’m tense with nerves, I think I may throw up. I’m hot and unwell from the sheer stress of the last twelve hours and I’m pretty sure I may pass out before the hour is done. All my strength saps away and I’m left feeling weak and shaky as I tentatively proceed.

This is my only goal for now. I was going to wash the dishes but when I reached on the faucet, ice suddenly poured out from my hands. My heart immediately pounded and I heard something ringing inside my head. My vision went blur in a second and my hands are shaking so bad. I literally have no control on it and didn’t even felt it coming out from my palms just like how it’s supposed to be. Mom and Dad rushed to the scene and saw me panting with my hands intertwined together. I can’t see them clearly but I know that they’re worried about me.
