"It will be so much fun in Springfield, I miss mine time over there" said Catalina while brushing Charlotte's hairs while Edline was drinking her favorite chocolate milk shake. "I am bit of nervous aunt" said Anna while crossing her arms. "I was either so much nervous on my first day" said Christina who was applying face mask. "Grandma's new remedy for pimples?" asked Anna while Christina nodded. "Mom thank Goodness Aunt Genevieve's potion worked out, I am afraid that my hairs would be like this ever, I am still embarrassed, in past Aunt Isabell had to watch me like this" Austin entered the room and was more than annoyed.

I want to start over as a new me, so I went to the province to My Aunt’s Ancestral House. I wasn’t really disappointed, Because the first time I set foot in Aunt Eli’s house was my cousin Mae’s face. She screamed like there’s no tomorrow, “ Cousin I miss you so much” Thank You for visiting us. I have many stories to tell you she said. My god I’m so excited you are in the right time because it’s our Barangay’s Fiesta. And has a lot of activities and games. And I’ll take you with me so you won’t get bored.

As I finished I looked at my aunt who was sipping on her tea with her little pinky poking out . She sensed my questioning gaze and her eyes flickered “ I and your mother just don’t want you to be our family’s embarrassment, I mean imagine the shame if he knocked you up and refused to take responsibility .” “ and why exactly do you think that ?” Though I knew what was going in her head , I still couldn’t believe that this woman being my own biological aunt could be this petty and narrow minded “ you mean to say that Jacob might dump me after he gets me pregnant is that it ? Well hate to break it to you I’m on birth control and always have been , even if he dumped me it won’t be because of a b

She had every reason to sneer at me. However, the next second, Autumn turned toward the live-stream camera, her voice carrying through the hall. "Speaking of Ginger," she said sweetly, "I should thank her." The guests fell silent. "She even sent us a wedding gift." "A gift?!" I froze mid-air. From me? I had no idea what she was talking about. Before I could even piece together a thought, the crowd exploded in outrage. "She’s dead, and she’s still causing trouble? What a schemer!"

I needed an adult to take care of me. Auntie came back. She showed up at the funeral. She wore black. She cried loud tears. She hugged people and said how much she missed her sister. It was all a lie. It was a big, ugly act. But the judge did not know that. The judge saw a sad aunt who wanted to help her poor niece.

—she flicked the fifty—“was personal—a gift.” Anaisse arched an eyebrow. “You, too?” Ginger shrugged and dropped the five hundred peso bill on Annabelle’s vanity. “What? I like ro-may-ance as much as the next girl.” Me, too, she thought sadly as she watched Ginger leave. Unfortunately, “romantic” didn’t really describe the current situation. Dirty dancing for a hot cop who would probably toss her in jail and throw away the key if he knew she’d lied about her identity and impeded his investigation? Not romantic. Try scary, dangerous, and reckless.

Alex opens the door, and I halt my steps. The first scent that hits my nose is a stench of blood mixed with sweat and something unpleasant. I take a step forward into the living room, which is chaotic. The living room has messed up chairs. Pillows have been cut, and feathers are all over. Glass is shattered, and in the middle of it, is Aunt Glenda. She is tied to a chair with her mouth taped and her face bruised so bad one eye is closing. Her neck is hanging low from what seems like having passed put and I can't bring myself to feel sorry for her.

I said as I got up from the floor. “I’m a part of her. The only part of her diverse nature that she trusts – “ “- she only trusts me! You’re not her” I said with all the contempt I could summon. “Darren, I’ve heard of this before – It’s called an Unami, maybe I could tell you all about it in private.” My aunt whispered in my ears so abruptly that I jolted. “Are you sure?” I asked and she nodded. “In the meantime Sharlynn, you should stay here and – “my aunt was saying before she noticed that Sharlynn was gone.
