Professor Dearest
When I feel the sharp pain of the syringe, I turn my head to Max or whatever his name was and I bite his hand, strong, pulling on it.
“Ouch! Goddamn it,” he cussed out but for some reason, he doesn’t let go.
I am kind of grateful because at a time when my brain wasn’t fully thinking, I could have done something truly dangerous and hurt myself even more.
As soon as the sharp pain starts, it stops, and then, it is replaced by numbness. First, in my head and the room spins immediately.
“It’s antibiotics. You should close your eyes to stop your head from spinning around,” he suggests trying to help me out.
