"She wasn't gonna apologize, and she wasn't gonna accept her fault either."

Giovanni urges. “It is not as bad as you are making it to look. This part is now considered safe.” “Not from the stories I've been told.” “That was a long time ago.” I respond driving off. I'm relieved I could see her. Why did she cut her hair? She knows how much I love running my hands through it at the slightest opportunity. She needs a car, and I don't know how to get her one without anyone knowing it came from me.

“May—” “You can’t say no,” she quickly cuts in. this time, I let my frown show, not that I’m annoyed she cut me off. I was about to come back at her with a sassy comment when she cut me off. "Anyways keep me updated yeah and take care of yourself too, I can't lose you again." My heart clenched at her words and I could only return them with one promise. "You won't."

she snapped, cutting him off. Her voice left no room for argument.

I tried to tell her this, but she cut me off. “You could have stayed gone,” she said before walking off.

Her eyes were still dilated and her chest was beating rapidly. “Kennedie-” She cut me off “I- I should just go” “Wait-” She was gone before I could even get the words out. I ran a frustrated hand through my hair. “Fuck!”

She cut me off. “I do trust you-” I cut her off. “No, you don’t.” I walked to the door. “If you did, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.” And I walked out the door. I could hear her call after me, but I was done arguing with her. Maybe we just needed a little time from each other to have another conversation.
