I answered as every glint of hope in their faces drained off while I walked out of the dining room making my way to the entrance of our house. I knew quite well in myself that I can't make such a promise to what they just said, I don't look for troubles, but troubles always had their way of coming to me first before I attack back without having a second thought. Yeah, I did… most people when they hear someone being a nerd, they have this mentality that the person has to have this fragile and weak personality who just finds hope in books.

I think calling a dog man's best friend is ridiculous, and I would literally kiss whoever invented noodles. I have friends, and I'm not a nerd, so I hope that's not what you've pictured in your head. I like to think of myself as different. Though I've definitely given off that impression that I'm some nerd that stalks girls on the internet. I'm way better to talk to in person, I promise. Celestine fidgeted on the big bed with her phone. "Should I call him for permission or just take a taxi?" Celestine contemplated in her heart. "Yeah, I should ask him. What if he gets annoyed and stop paying." Celestine trembled with the thought and decided to take his permission. Celestine must be from a village but she had attended High School secretly. If it was not for her intelligence she wouldn't be able to get scholarship and enrolled in the nearby High School. Though it was not as good as the one in town but still she learned a lot from there.

Nerd beat me to it, taking advantage of my announcement effort “what she means to say is, it’s time for assembly, I almost forgot “ he pat me on the head since he was a little taller “thanks so much I would have been sanctioned on my first day at school but for your timely intervention “ he smirked which made him look creepy according to me since I was fuming, he bent down and pressed a button before a chilling siren noise went off in the classroom , other students immediately blocked their ear and looked evilly at Mr. Nerd who just ignored all the stares and walked out Looks like someone does a lot of snubbing

he said. I smiled softly, looked at him, and said, “Yes, because I am not a really talented person but I want to make a lot of money, I have spent a lot of time studying. But I don't think one day I'll be called a nerd, because I find myself very different from what a nerd is described as. I don't wear glasses, my hair is not frizzy, they're always neatly styled, I make friends with a lot of friends, both boys and girls. And I even have a boyfriend, a famous bad boy from school.”

"What I mean is that it is commendable." I swallow the question bubbling in my heart; it did not matter if he found me sexy, and I did not need a reason to ask, so I pull the Velcro and snap it on. "I am a nerd through and through, have always been a nerd, and will always be a nerd," I add. "I think that is a good idea." I nod in agreement, and once again, the awkward silence is haunting us. "Why don't we get started?" "I don't know how to play."

He murmurs and shakes his head. "If you want to be technical about it, a nerd is an unattractive, socially awkward, annoying, undesirable, and/or boring person." His hand tightens on my leg, "You're not boring, annoying or socially awkward. You are definitely not undesirable. And the fucking opposite of unattractive." I shrug, I don't think I'm ugly, but I'm not stunning.

I said and jolt my head to the squad and he laughed. "Are you also a nerd?" "A what?" I asked incredulously. "A nerd, you know? Bookworm? Naive? Innocent? Sucker for school work and activities? Hates sports clubs except for science clubs–." "I'm an assassin, a heartthrob, a cool and respectable person in our school and no, I'm not a fucking nerd." I said while looking at him ridiculously. "Oh I see, there's nothing wrong being a nerd, look at her." he jolted his head to his wife who's having a conversation with my girlfriend. "I still ended up with such a goddess like her."

I'm not even fully 19 yet, and I have a horrible body count. I mean, I can blame my parents for leaving me with that nanny Carol that exposed me to all of this. But that doesn't fix anything. I really wanted to see a girl and see a friend without getting hard for once. And if it went further from there with Clara, then I'd do so with a clean conscience. But the dare was still on my mind. Do I kill two birds with a stone? I'm not sure I have the answer to that question yet. “Whoa, bro," I said in my head. “How are you already planning things with a girl that doesn't even want to be your friend, that's still terrified of the horrible names you called her."
