"Shut up. Anyways I'm tired, hungry and there's some business I need to take care of before heading to bed so, goodnight." "Business..." I hear him chuckle on the other end, "Why don't you just say you're going to fap in the shower, Senpai? I feel bad for your shower drains, Senpai." "F-Fa…” I flush and I knew he was grinning on the other end, “Goodnight Jon Wilson!" His laugh rings through the phone even as I remove it from my ear and cut the call. Idiot. I dropped everything at the door and head straight for the shower. You weren't wrong but you're still an idiot. Before I head into the shower, I send her a good night text and one to many minutes later she replies.

Just as he was about to step back inside, a red message was blasted on the world channel for all players to see.

The room felt warm and brightly lit. Sitting on a soft couch, Xyla Quest, Josh Batton, and Georgie Clementine were sipping on floral tea while reading the news on the internet. Each of them had calm expressions on their faces. “Due to the huge amount of pressure, many major brands, including Shawn Gilbert’s Silverway are expressing their desire to terminate their contract with us. Shawn even ordered everyone to boycott us…” Georgie said while she slowly sipped on the floral tea. “Hmm…” Xyla seemed unbothered.

He said and he walked over to her, I assume. “Hello?” “Why are the office phones not working?” I blurted out fastly and annoyed. “The company said the phone lines were down and we would be without for like 24 hours.” “The office has had a threat and I am shutting it down. We are going to work completely on-line at this point.” “Oh shit. Um okay, I will close it now.” I heard some scuffle and Mason came back on. “Luna?” “Stay with them until it is closed and they all left safely. Bring the camera back and all the paperwork from my office.” I instructed. Mason let out a breath of air as I assumed he saw it all.

He sighed, his eyes set on the screen, where MJ’s entwined hands were still on display. “Another issue I’d like to address is the retraction of sponsors. I noticed that I lost a few pennies because the whole bunch of you thought that distancing yourself from my company would benefit you. Well, guess what? One company has already shut down because the only reason it was still running, was Billings Corporations. So, let me tell you this: you don’t sponsor me – I sponsor you and without me, your companies might as well cease to exist. I don’t appreciate people who only stick with me when all is gold, but I’m glad that you excused yourself, because now I can spend my money on more important inve

"You will be in second line of attack from the south. So you will be with John who is leading the warriors between 14 and 18. Your mother is leading our women warriors from the east, they are third line. I'll be first line with the male warriors from the north. We already have 20 warriors including 3 scouts waiting on the west side. They are the back up in case anyone does get past us, the scouts will also be the only ones going to our groups to inform us when the ceremony starts. The west side is the clearing they use for the ceremony. It's the largest and it's the furthest from their homes. When the scouts Give word we attack, any questions?" I turn my head and look at my father. "Can I si

"That's our shared bathroom." "Okay, thank you." I squeezed my way in between them and made a beeline for the washroom. I could still feel their eyes on me as I shut the door and locked it behind me. I leaned back against it and took a deep breath. Yikes, that was a lot of testosterone. "Just breathe, Robyn. Everything was going to be fine," I tried to calm myself. I was sure those guys had their own housing somewhere in the city, and I would only have to deal with them at the occasional holiday or family dinner.

I plugged in a USB drive, started coding, while Severiano stood by the door, arms crossed. After two hours I looked up. " I'm done. You can test it.” Severiano stepped to the scanner, red light swept his face, a soft aound beeped, the inner door unlocked. " Now, it's your turn,” he said. I steooed in, same red lights, same beep, and the door opened. I typed the last command. “Remote shutdown active. If my phone or yours sends the code ‘bkackout,’ the vault seals for seventy-two hours. No override.”

I state and she nods while typing, but as she enters my rank and name a beep sounds. "Captain it looks like there is an active note on your file. Council member Hik has requested a meeting with you," she says and my stomach leaps as I hear the name of the council member who handles retirement. "Is he available," I ask trying to keep my voice even and she nods. "He is. I will beep him. Give me a moment," she replies before pressing another button. "Councilman Hik, Captian Cull from planet Shikaz is here," she states and the clear button flashes green.

Right now, immediately, you quickly leave my villa. The sound outside the door quickly subsided. Shane's cell phone received a message notification. He glanced at it and saw Liam sent him more than a dozen messages. All messages are emojis of crying, breaking down, and asking for forgiveness. Shane clicked on the upper right corner of the interface, decisively selecting [Drag this user to the blacklist].
