silver suddenly spoke out. “Just shut it, okay, old witch, or I will shut it for you,” Nola muttered as she stared right at her with a death gaze. “Oh, you can come try, you crazy brat,” silver responded, her eyes also fuming with anger. Well, it seems like these two don't like each other huh, well, I think silver and I might actually become close friends. “You both stop, it's time to leave,” he said as he got up still with me in his arms, and then I came close to his ears.

Derick walked up to me, his smile easy and warm, brown eyes bright in a way that made my chest tighten. “You’ve been busy?” he asked softly. “Huh—” I cleared my throat. “I’m… looking for Silver.” I avoided his eyes. “Oh.” He smiled wider. “He’s in the servants’ quarters. Did you know his mate is Sloth?” “Sloth?” I repeated. “Yeah. They had a heated argument earlier.” He rubbed the back of his neck. “Silver didn’t know they were mates. When he found out… well, it wasn’t pretty. And Sloth’s real name is Caleb.”

She looked less like a traveler and more like a fallen star. “Because I swore an oath,” she said simply. Kaelen frowned. “To who?” Her eyes lifted, piercing straight into him. “To you.” The forest seemed to still. Even the crickets and owls hushed for a heartbeat. Kaelen laughed, though it sounded hollow even to him. “That’s impossible. We’ve never met. I’d remember…” He trailed off, because part of him wondered if he really would remember. For months—years—his dreams had been haunted by visions of a silver-haired woman calling his name.

I am in the process of changing the title name to just The Silver Dragon Series. I plan for there to be a total of 6 books. Books 1, which you just read, through 3 will be Davina and Derek's journey to defeat those after her so she can live in peace. Book 4 will follow her daughter Maliyah, Book 5 will follow her twins and book 6 will follow her last child.

Silver hoisted her head up to look at his face and demanded as she tried to move from him but all her effort were useless. "Relax, why are you been sooo..." "So what?!". She asked while shooting him a daring glare. "Your girlfriend is over there, so why don't you leave me alone!". Silver pointed out, she was outraged seeing him have the guts to touch her in front of his girlfriend. "Please don't bring me into this because I am enjoying the drama". Meka said as she slammed the door locked. "Meka is not my girlfriend!". Dante said clearly so Silver could hear him.

Alpha Damon: “Uhm, your Majesty?” One of the councilmen said to get my attention and when I looked up, I found the rest of them watching me with a curious expression. Great. I had zoned out once again. “You were saying?” He continued letting out his complaints but his voice began to fade just like before. All I could think about was Silver and what it was she was hiding from me. Did she only return because she had no other choice? But we had become so close these past few months.

I couldn’t do it to Nick and I couldn’t do it to Draegon. “Draegon, I am not able to take a mate at this time. Please understand, I have a clear vision of what the future of Silverclaw and Newblood will encompass. Being with you, being with anyone, just isn’t in my cards right now.” I spoke softly. He kissed my hand and bowed deeply to me. “I know I am late to the Nick and Samantha show, but I am waiting, and I am running, my Alpha Queen.” I nodded to him and gestured for him to go. “You are free to leave the cabin without further questioning.”

Silver exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with excitement, as she linked arms with me and guided me towards the garden. “Oh my god, Silver, how did that even happen? Where have I been?” I questioned, still trying to wrap my head around the unexpected turn of events. Silver chuckled, her smile radiant. “Well, while you were busy dancing with Alpha Xander, Richard and I hit it off, and it turns out he's my mate,” she explained, her voice filled with joy. I gasped in surprise, a wave of happiness washing over me. “OMG, Silver, I'm so happy for you!” I exclaimed, pulling her into a tight hug. “That's incredible news!”

But if there's one thing I need right now, that is him. "So, what can I do for you, Gwen?" he finally spoke after minutes had passed. "Well…. I don't know if I should ask you about this, but…" my throat constricted, but I swallowed it down to keep going. This would be hard because, aside from elucidating my situation is not my cup of tea, I'm not sure if he can help me sort this out. However, I'll try. "Do you have any background about Lady Catheleia? The mother of Silver werewolves?"

Silver thinned her lips. "Yea! I can smell it too," Elizabeth replied. Their expression told as they liked the smell. "I didn't fart, I swear." I looked at them, leaning back on the chair. After looking at me, they erupted into laughter. I felt all gazes turned to us but it didn't stay longer. Silver was Alessandro's true mate. They didn't want to upset Alpha. It was a huge relief. "We're not..." Silver stopped as a personality stood on the other side of our table.
