“Of course they were.” Aurora leaned her head back against the pillows, a glow in her eyes as she recalled them. “The first one—Alistair—shone like the sun. His fur was gold, almost blinding. He radiated heat, like strength and valor in physical form. I couldn’t not choose him for the twin who will likely take after you.” Aries sat up straighter, preening slightly. “Golden, huh? That’s respectable. What about the other?” Aurora’s expression softened even more. “Cassian. He was silver and cold fire. Quiet, strategic. The kind of strength that waits. He reminded me of… wisdom. Patience. Power in restraint.”

I poke him in his bare chest. “That barbie car, as you call it, is stylish and beautiful. She does the job.” I say as he nods his head at me. No one talks shit about my pearl white Bentley Continental GT Convertible. No one! “Anyhow. Come on hulk, we have some shopping to do.” I say as I grab my purse and phone and head to the door.

It felt so heavy that it became harder for him to move around. “What is this!” He screamed in frustration at not being able to break free. The more he struggled, the tighter it got. And it wasn’t just a simple chain since he could not break it, no matter how much force and magic he used on it. “That, little one, is Draconian steel imbued with magic. You won’t be able to get out of that, even with your eastern magic,” the silver knight tells him.
