My phone rang like it could hear my thoughts and I looked at the caller ID. Simeon. I ran my hands down my Si Simeon was a second-generation wealthy son and that meant that he was open to spending more than necessary. “Hello, Simeon.” He hissed and said, “You have to stop being so polite. We're friends.” I didn't reply. He laughed like he knew what I was thinking and said, “Are you free to go out? What caught is attention, however, was the blonde hair, dark glasses, and white cane. “Know them?” asked Simon, following his point of interest. “One of them.” Simon’s smile broadened. “Care to introduce me, then? That little brunette is quite a stunner.” Just as Gideon was thinking to head the other direction, Rai stiffened and scented the air. Her friend notice Simon’s smile and returned the gesture. Simon, being the overly zealous flirt, extended a hand to the brunette. “I’m Simon,” he said, as if that name could open all kinds of doors.
