It smelt so good. “I'll be right back with the drinks!” The waiter giggled as he jogged away. Alaric looked at Violet as she lifted a portion of meat under her veil and started to chew the meat. “Should we go back now?” “Yes.” Violet said, “As soon as I'm finished eating.” Alaric smirked, “Of course.” He grabbed a forkful of meat and gently ate. He was indeed elegant. The waiter came back with four bottles of wine and placed it on their table. “Thank you,” Alaric said, handling a huge silver to the waiter directly. The waiter gladly collected it with a smile and moved close to Alaric ear.

He repeated the words a couple of time before looking up at the words. “Is this medicinal wine?” he asked her. “Is there such a thing as medicinal wine?” Indra asked. “Uh, yes sir,” the lady spoke up. “Mr Sirenio bought the wine for Mrs Sirenio years ago, when she first started getting sick,”

Henry's eyes widened in surprise as he turned to see the waiter standing before him, his face was drawn into a wide smile. He had thought the waiter had left, but here he was, standing right in front of him. Wanting to please the stranger who was sitting in the top VVIP area, something told him that this man could buy the bar even if he wanted to. He was about to nod his head and decline the waiter's polite offer but then a thought crossed his mind.

It finally made sense why the place was so flooded. “If she knew who you are, she wouldn’t be flirting with you.” Siren remarked. “She thinks she can get her 10-inch nails on Curtis.”

That alone was enough to unsettle her. It was never open this early. She slowed her steps without meaning to, her gaze flickering toward the room as she passed. He was inside, seated at his desk, sleeves rolled up again, his attention fixed on something in front of him. For a moment, she considered continuing on. Pretending she hadn’t noticed. But then— “Amara.” Her name, calm and certain. He hadn’t even looked up. She stopped. “Yes… sir.” A pause. Just long enough for the word to settle between them again.

Tony was about to respond and say something when a knock came at the door "Well, took him long enough," Jason muttered and went to the door to open it. Our oldest brother.. Micah if I remember correctly was standing there in all black like Tony, carrying a tray of what I hoped was food. "Is that good?" I gasped and he grinned before coming in. "Special delivery from your cutest brother" He said and handed me the tray. I gasped at the pancakes and scrambled eggs with little burnt sausage in the plates and my stomach growled in appreciation.

After the tray was filled, Aranjo lifted the tray and handed it to the waiter. "You take it to the front room! The God of the night asks you to serve the tea to him and the guests who come!" the servant said and left Aranjo. Ara always told her not to appear, but if it was his father's order then she could not refuse. Aranjo tidied up her black clothes and veil and brought the tray to the residence hall in the front room. Aranjo who walked into the front room became the center of attention of all the servants. But none of them greeted her, they all avoided her as far as possible as if she could transmit the disease to them.
