Alpha Jax

Alpha Jax

Talk about awkward. “Hi!” my youngest sister exclaims, jumping up from her seat, blue eyes laser-focused on Quinn. My other two sisters spring up, too, looking to Quinn with interest, and all three of them rush over to where we’re standing in the foyer. “This is Quinn,” I say as they approach eagerly. “She’s not my girlfriend. Don’t make it weird.” I turn to Quinn, an amused smile tugging at her lips. “These are my sisters, Juliet, Jenna and Jade,” I say, pointing to each one. “Mom clearly had a thing for J names.”

Honestly not a fan of Quinn I liked her at first but just too self centred. I’m down for a hood sex scene but every single chapter is a bit much. I’ll read the first 5 but then I’m over it.It’s still a well writen book and worth the read but must say for those two reasons it’s my least favourite yet

I typically wait, as long as possible, to share my thoughts (1/2 way through). Jax is my favorite of the series, so far. All MUST read them chronologically. I love how whimsically charming, super funny & smolderingly hot this book gets!

Trapped in Lace

Trapped in Lace

Alina laughed so hard after hearing Lean say that, and she teased me because of it. “Can you please stop mentioning that?” They just giggled at me, which made me sigh. I gulped. I don’t want to ruin this happiness, but I really want to ask my sisters. “Can I ask something?” Alina’s laugh was interrupted as they gazed at each other with confusion in their eyes. “What is it?” I started fiddling with my fingers as I looked down. “Do we have a neighbor with the surname Villegas?” Silence followed that. Does that mean… When I looked up, I saw Alina shrugging, which caused me to feel a little bit of hope.

A Sister's Revenge

A Sister's Revenge

“It’s not ridiculous. Don’t you want to meet somebody new? Even if it’s not your mate, I’m so over seeing the same boys every single day. Sure, they’re technically men now, but we’ve known them literally our entire lives! It’s hard to see them as a real partner, when you’ve also seen how inane and immature they can be.” Cassie gave her sisters a sly smile, “Did you see how disappointed Randolph was when we turned 18 and none of us were their mates?” Evelyn snorted and Nora agreed grimly. “This is what I mean, thank the moon goddess that none of us were fated to their miserable asses. I’m not yearning to leave our pack, just to leave the same people and the same situations that we deal with

His Hired Lover

His Hired Lover

“Thank you… But you really don’t need to.” “I insist. It’s fiesta.” Mina smiled, touched by the girl’s sense of hospitality despite everything she had just learned. From the window, she could still hear the hum of celebration outside. “My neighbors have cranked their karaoke machine again.” “Yeah, you bet.” Mina also heard the distant shrieks of children chasing each other down the street. She waited for a quiet moment, then dropped the question that would lead her to her real task. “Do you happen to have a sibling?”

Knowing Jude

Knowing Jude

And the impression I’m getting off Jared right now is so different from the one I got the first time. The door opens and another girl steps out. This one I’ve never seen before. I don’t know whether she’s one of the siblings, because she is dark haired. Or maybe she is, but took after the father. They all couldn’t have gotten their mother’s perfect genes, right? I nudge Nicki in her side. “Who’s that?” She replies “Jared’s twin sister,” at the same time Simon hollers for us, “What are you two still doing down there?” which leads to the three siblings next door looking over at us.

Such an honest story. Explores the many struggles teens can deal with, the hell and trauma life can bring, the pain of loss and grieving, the sweetness of your first love, the pain of addiction. Really tugs at your heartstrings. Can’t wait to read book 2 and hope the author updates book 3 soon!

My Neighbors Love Stealing

My Neighbors Love Stealing

Standing in front of me were my neighbors from across the hall. The face of Vera Morri, an old woman, twisted into a horrifying scowl as she planted her hands on her hips and shrieked. “You wretched girl! How dare you try to kill my precious grandson! Let me tell you something, if anything happens to him, I’ll kill you!”

He swept his hair back and asked sternly, "Why did you have to go out at such a late hour? Did you know how worried I was when I thought about how you might die?" I could not understand why my neighbor was showing so much concern for someone he had only met a few days ago. Then, I froze the moment I saw his face. With his fringe swept to one side, my neighbor looked very similar to someone I used to know. It was Nathan Eastwood, the man who murdered my younger sister seven years ago. I had run out of strength as blood kept pouring from my wounds. I slowly shook my head and smiled wryly. "I've heard about your release from prison. You did that on purpose, huh?

Siblings

Siblings

He sighed because he doubt if he could ever have that in his life, after all, the girl he so much love is his sister, who will allow two siblings to get married, that will only be less hurting if his sister actually feel the same way with him. "I need to do my math’s homework" Anna said getting up, watching her parents being so loving, it breaks her heart "goodnight mom, goodnight dad. Goodnight Jason." "Good night love" Veronica replied and got up to kiss her head. "Goodnight sugar" said Samuel with a loving smile. Jason looked at her as well and wondered if he should say goodnight too but he is not in the mood to kill himself yet with thoughts "goodnight baby sis"

I could say that Anna is kinda sick in the head with her ways just to be so close with her brother...regardless if theyre not siblings by blood but since birth thats what theyve known so a normal person would really not act on those feelings...wow

Loved the story. It was just awesome. How they both loved each other from the depths of their hearts. It's a perfect mix of a steamy but filled with very much love kind of story. Really loved the story line. .........

Sisters: A Tale of Good & Evil

Sisters: A Tale of Good & Evil

“I loved my parents. Don’t ever say that. I wanted to be free of my sister. With my parent’s gone, she’s out of control. She should be the one in here, not me.” “Why is that?” “She’s greedy. She’ll do anything to get it all. She wants everything we’ve inherited. Her share and mine.” Davina smirked and gave a slight chuckle. “It’s embarrassing at times.” “Your sister embarrasses you?” “At times.” Davina looked at him quizzically. “Didn’t I just say that?” The timer went off just as he was about to reply. It was like a scene from a high school television show. He picked up his precious pad of paper and stood up abruptly. “That’s the bell. Time’s up. I’ll see you next week.”

The Broken Fate of a Fated Mate

The Broken Fate of a Fated Mate

She’s a few years younger than me and stays in the apartment above mine with her older sister, Lian. Out of all my neighbors, she’s the one I think of as someone resembling an actual friend, though we aren’t close like Ramona and I are. There’s an innocence to her – all the pack hierarchy and politics haven’t dampened her kindness. She looks at me with curious blue eyes, and I know that she’s just as excited as I am for today.

this story had me right from the beginning. Nicely paced and not drawn out but wonderful characters and development, just enough drama, no cheating and a HEA. Just wish for bonus chapter or epilogue.

I'm really enjoying this book. You have your typical drama, i.e., a rejection, but it's very skillfully executed. Trent guy is a disgusting coward. Shawn and Vanessa are so well portrayed, very well-rounded characters, and I just love them. Shawn is a precious cinnamon roll <3
