He snarls before slamming and locking the door behind him. My heart raced as I heard the sudden, loud slam, causing me to jump in surprise. Slowly and cautiously, I made my way towards the closet, my eyes scanning the room for any signs of danger. With each step, I carefully navigated my way, ensuring my safety. As I reached the closet, I extended my arm, my fingers barely managing to grasp the handle that lay just within my reach on the floor. Despite my trembling fingers, I persistently attempted to open the door, encountering a few slips along the way.

My gaze then caught two air conditioners situated at opposite corners of the room and a fluorescent bulb illuminating the room with a sunset orange glow. "That's the closet"The maid announced, her index finger outstretched, pointing at a white door. It jolted me out of my reverie to facing the door. I didn't even notice the two doors by the right hand side of the room; one white and the other a frosty silver colour. I hastily walked over to the closet and truth be told, it was beautiful and huge. Inside it stood a sliding door wardrobe, it's door built from head to ceiling. Next to it were various shelves aligned with footwears which had a horizontal rectangular mirror opposite it.

It just had my toothbrush and a toothpaste in it. I wasted no time in freshening up before coming out of the shower with nothing but a towel wrapped around my body. The metallic *clunk* of the automated deadbolt echoed through the cavernous master suite like a gunshot. Vivian lunged toward the heavy double doors, her fingers clawing at the sleek silver handle. She pulled with all her might, but the mahogany panel didn’t budge even a fraction of an inch. Above the handle, the electronic keypad glowed with a harsh, unyielding crimson light. Locked.

I sigh and poke my head back in. I grab my door in a tight grip and lift it up, away from the wall it's been caused to lean on in a forceful manner. I sigh and place it where it's supposed to be,blocking the view of my room from the hallway. I rush over to my closet and quickly dig in my pants pocket to find the key. Finding it, I shove it into the attached lock and turn it twice, unlocking the door to the walk-in closet. "Hey guys." I call in an inaudible whisper after opening the closet door. I don't want to risk going inside and having to pass out because I got hit by a frying pan.

Exactly what I needed. The key slipped easily into the lock. The door creaked open to a small, simple space—clean. A kitchenette in the corner, beige countertops with no clutter. A two-seater dining table sat under a fancy hanging bulb. The walls were bare except for a single clock ticking like a quiet heartbeat. There was a mini bedroom behind a sliding door and a bathroom. The living room had a vibrant gray couch and a coffee table that looked almost brand new. Like it was brought straight from the manufacturer's shop.

I walk to the door, closing it and skipping, as I approach the closet that’s attached to the bedroom, with a well-organized space. At the entrance, there’s a full-length mirror. Opposite it, a counter with drawers that serve as support for storing smaller items, such as watches, wallets and sunglasses. The clothes are hung on hangers organized by type and color. Shirts, jackets and pants are impeccably arranged. A section dedicated to shoes in a variety of models, from casual sneakers to leather dress shoes, all lined up on shelves.
