And there he was. Blind Eye sat in his customized wheelchair near the edge of the balcony, overlooking the city. A silver suitcase sat open on his lap, the glow of credit chips illuminating his chin. In his hand, he held a crystal glass of amber liquid—vintage whiskey, likely older than Jack himself. He was humming a tune. A soft, off-key melody. "Three minutes to extraction," Blind Eye murmured to himself, tapping his sensor visor. "Life is good." "Is it?"

My world did a long blink. It felt like my skull sprouted extra eyes just to watch it collapse. My lungs clocked out on me, my heart unhooked itself and sprinted for an exit I didn't have. My eyes went saucer-wide as I looked up at him, praying I'd misheard the universe. "No." It slipped out on a breath and a shake of my head. "Blayne, you can't—"

I said and yanked my phone out of his hand. The moment I got outside and out of prying eyes, I looked down at my phone, his number was boldly written across the screen while his name was in tiny letters under it. I couldn't help but squeal in happiness, on the inside though, can't have them thinking anything of it. Blake's POV

7 years ago "Doctor what happened to her?" I heard my mother's soft voice. "She has Retinitis Pigmentosa." I heard, what I assumed, the doctor "W-What is that?" My mother's trembling voice asked as I felt her hand grip mine. Something was wrong with me. Everything was black. I know for sure my eyes were open but I can't seem to see anything. I heard someone sigh. "M-mom, I cannot. I cannot see." I said as I tried to sit up but someone pushed me down. "Please settle down, honey while I talk to the doctor." My mother said.

"Please, just open your eyes." Jung-Ho lightly pats Sook-Ja's cheek. The young girl, whose lifeless body is next to him, and he is kneeling. He is to blame for her current state. While returning from work, she was involved in an accident. He cries out, "Open your eyes," as his own eyes begin to blur. His skull is bruised, and tears are running down his face. He moves his fingers lightly to stroke the side of her cheek. When his hand accidentally bumps against a brand-new wound, he struggles to contain his sobs. It aches worse than anything I've ever experienced, which makes the suffering unbearable. The car is on fire and the flames are rising high into the sky.

"Son what do you mean by she is blind." Jake mother asked him looking at Anastasia who can't see a thing. I instantly tensed and Jake could feel it since our hands where kinda of brushing each other. "You heard me right mum. She is blind she can't see a thing mum." Jake said squeezing my hand under the table. The tension was so thick in the air that you could slice it with knife. No body spoke for a minute or two before the voice I came to realize as Jake mum spoke.

I am positive that no one will arrange the chair we clattered, but as we entered, it was amazingly arranged back into the way it previously was. "Hey, Harp! Where did you dream the assassination?!"
