I notice a different smile now; Ace appears to be at ease with me, and this smile suits him perfectly. He's still attractive. **

For the first time in what felt like forever, I felt the corner of my mouth twitch into something close to a smile. “Okay,” I said softly. “Let’s do it.”

He cursed between his teeth. "Smile. Smile now jerk.".. Evely whispered to Samien in between her teeth. He glared at her but then his glares quivered. "I should have known." He whined. He waved his hand graciously with a very beautiful smile on his pinky lips. They were all taken aback by his simple but elegant smile. How Evely and Sophia loved the vibe they were getting.. almost all eyes on them. Their head couldn't be held more higher. Their freshman bully couldn't stop looking at them with such envious eyes.

She squinted and then smiled. " Hi" Theresa Mo greeted him with a polite smile. She walked over to him and he shook hands with her before asking her to follow him. Theresa Mo turned back and smiled at the secretary who first talked to her and waved at her. The secretary bowed slightly and smiled back at her. The secretary admired Theresa Mo at once and liked her. Theresa's smile is contagious. Her smile automatically makes you have a relaxed facial expression and willingly reciprocate it. Julia Li took Theresa Mo to his office. A well furnished room with a sophisticated sofa. The desk was made from special timbers, maybe mahogany to be precise.

Fast. Sharp.“I’m gonna try.”I hold his gaze.Even though that smile isn’t kind.Not soft.Not friendly.It’s something else.Something that should push me away.But it doesn’t.And maybe I let it happen.Because part of me still remembers when it was different.When his smiles were real.When we didn’t play games like this.Mine starts small. I ask him biting my lip. "Yeah, it is the softest thing I have ever touched", He said with the softest voice with a clam peaceful smile. My cheeks heat up and I avoid his gaze. "It's not a thing, it's my cheek!"

“ETHAAAAAAAAN!” He smiles. A soft, tiny, beautifully smug smile. And I know. I KNOW. I’m doomed. Completely. Utterly. Hopelessly doomed.

I don’t need to. He lets out a short, sad laugh. “It’s rare now. But when she used to smile… Damien, it could light up a whole room. Like the kind of smile that makes you forget your own pain for a second. That’s what it was like. Pure. Soft. And I don't want to give him an excuse to get close to me. The piece of meat I pop into my mouth melts as I chew it, the meat is so soft and tender, and the taste of the sauce is exquisite. "It's really good, isn't it?" I look at Wolfgang, who smiles at me. That smile is not threatening, not mocking, nor is it a subliminal smile, or a fake one. Wolfgang is smiling tenderly, and now I realize that he has dimples when he smiles. My heart beats so hard I fear he can hear it from where he is.

I don't have friends - I am not sure if that is something that I should be proud of. Well, it's not like I don't try to approach my classmates or try to interact. It’s just that I have a weird smile. No, it's not the type of smile that involves weird and rotten teeth - I have perfectly white and straight teeth. You see, my smile is fatal and dangerous. Just one look at these weapons and even the ferocious growl of a mountain lion would seem harmless. If this were a comic, I would call this attack: The Killer Smile.
