Consider them a gift from me, to help you on your journey." I was moved by the merchant's kindness, and accepted the gold coins with gratitude. "Thank you. Your generosity will be a precious memory for me, always." The merchant smiled, her eyes sparkling with emotion. "I hope that we will meet again, Mia. Until then, you will always have a friend in me." With that, the merchant's driver brought the carriage to a stop in front of the port and I bid farewell to the merchant, my heart filled with a mix of emotions.

Trent waits as the merchant proceeds to go over the item's functions and disclaimers.

He put on a dirty apron and was wrapping its ties around his waist when our eyes met. “Fuck," I muttered under my breath as my grip on the clothe tightened.

He stood there… A few minutes later, the warrior came on his horse. "What arrogance," said the merchant. "Dismount! At once!" Sasaki stood silent. The warrior dismounted with a smirk on his face. He moved up the path, smiling all the way up. He turned, looked at the merchant. A sarcastic smile went from ear to ear. "Are you ready?" he asked. "Yes," Sasaki replied without emotions. "You are a different one." "Let's begin."
