As I'm staring at the wall I hear the door open. I can't bring myself to see who walked in. Being alone is my new life now. I don't want my hopes up when someone comes to drag me out of the room, only to be left alone in the end. The door closes with a loud click and feet make their way towards me. I close my eyes in an attempt to stop the temptation of looking to see who's here. Please just leave me alone.

I made sure I was entirely focused on what I wanted my life to become, if not for anything, for Jane. The room smelled faintly of polished wood and something citrusy, like someone had wiped the place down minutes before I walked in. A standing microphone sat in the center, a keyboard off to the side, and a long mirror stretched across the wall; because apparently, singing wasn’t just about your voice. It was about everything. “Shoes off.” I blinked. “Sorry?” Coach Smith didn’t look up from the notes in his hand. “You heard me. I need you grounded, not performing for the floor.”

At least that part of him remained human, and Zen thanked the cat god for the opportunity to live again. “Let’s do this together, Zen Taro.” Thick and cold mist filled the boss dungeon as double doors shut behind him. The boss monster wasn’t inside yet, and Zen gulped. The anticipation, along with the rhythmic sound of water dripping in the background, made him nervous. The big pink slime started to spawn into the dungeon after the system confirmed it was a solo raid. Most players did a solo raid, and Zen never heard anyone complaining about the difficulty. According to Sasha, aiming for the pink slime’s face was the easiest way to deal critical damage even without equipment.

Inside the elevator running upwards, Mizu was holding a rectangular card with her profile. The supposed to be named was written as Player 11659, with the data record of her skills and people killed, showed in the pentagon shape on the side, which is 'Zero.' Then a capitalize letter on the topmost indicates the group she's in, the "EAST HOUSE" and her level under her pic, 'Level 1' a beginner. This will change every fight, she will have, after the scanning.

Video shoots are my least favorite thing that we have to do. I hate the whole process. They are repetitive and boring. I just want this to be done so we can get back to Los Angeles. The album is done and this is the first single off of it. The song is amazing. This is the last day of the shoot. The other guys have already shot their parts. I walk downstairs to the kitchen. Alone. I could hear my breathing as it comes out fast. I'm scared but I feel like this is the only way to escape. To stop the madness that is creeping on me. The terror gripped me. I no longer want to live. I cannot see myself walking this earth anymore as life has repaid me nothing but sorrow, pain, and endless melancholy. I gave everything into the universe, all the love, joy, and hard work that I can do, I gave my life my all, but it failed me. I failed me. I was not designed to be amongst the living.
