The couch dipped as Logan sat, and I joined him, an arm’s length away. Our selection, a scary movie, was Logan’s idea—a genre I confessed to having a soft spot for, despite my nerves tonight. The opening credits rolled, and the lights of the living room dimmed, leaving only the flicker of the TV screen to cut through the darkness. The eerie music soon crept up the walls, and the first jumpscare sent a jolt through my body. My hands flew to my face, shielding my eyes. I could hear Logan’s chuckle next to me, a sound that should’ve been comforting but instead was a reminder of the dangerous game I was playing.

The voice said and I was frightened beyond my level, and started shivering. " You can't do anything. You will kill me, who is scared to even come in front of me? " Shaurya challenged him with his sarcastic laugh. Is he crazy or what?? It is not the time to be sarcastic. " You want to see me?? Why?? I am not pretty like your companion... Don't be scared after you see me. " The spooky voice said and laughed weirdly. " Let's see if I am scared or not. Come out of your hiding place. Or are you too scared to come in front of me? Inder began to select the existing row of films with his arms folded under his plane chest "Hmmm. I think it's no less exciting," Inder pointed to a poster with a long-haired woman covering her entire face. It was the latest Korean horror movie to air today. Amayra's goose bumps instantly stood up looking at the horrible poster, her face seemed to stiffen looking at it. Because Amayra is very afraid of ghosts, so is she strong enough to watch the horror film on the big screen in the cinema?

It's just an illusion, I don't have to believe everything he says. He is just trying to create fear and panic on my mind. " They really look so scary" I said pretending to be very scared.

Kay. I can't control how fast my heart is beating right now. That marks the most scary shit I have encountered all my life. Just like having the scary scenarios in the movies happen to you. Nightmares would be better because they are not real, or maybe sometimes they are a reminder of the events that happened in the past. But this shit is something else. I suggested and he froze, shocked at first. “Someone? Did anyone disrespect you? I can take care of the person, do you want me to fire the person? Should I make them disappear? If you tell me the person’s name, I’d get their family out of this pack. Who would dare to get on your nerves” Conner was panicking and I chuckled. “Why are you fretting?” I chuckled and he shook his head. “It’s never good news when you see someone, I’m sure that person must’ve done something terrible” Conner suggested.
