The wind continues to batter at the trees in the dark, the one lone branch scraping and clawing off the back of the truck. My mind fills with every single scary-movie monster I've ever seen since my first time when my cousin Letty let me watch Arachnophobia while my parents were out of town. My brain holds an encyclopedia of Big Bads that could be waiting for me in the dark. As time goes on, they begin to feel scarier than any criminal Spencer may encounter inside. Plus, he has a gun to shoot things with. The only protection I have out here are my own two hands, and they're much better at saving people than hurting them.

“Don’t worry about it, please. Just come to work early tomorrow, please?” She nodded slowly. “Okay. Let’s watch a horror film!” My eyes narrowed at her. “You like scary movies?” She grinned and nodded proudly at me. “Duh? Who doesn’t like scary films?” “W-well…” I shrugged and cleared my throat as I continued browsing on a random website. I cringe as gory film posters greeted my eyes after I clicked on the horror genre. Juno scooted closer to me, watching my moves like a curious cat. I glared at her before pushing the laptop back to her lap.

"She's here, she's here" Tori cried I try to calm myself down, my heart was beating as if it would come out of my chest "Just breath," Tommy says to calm me down I move closer to Tori, I see something, something scary looking It suddenly pops up in front of me "ah!!' I scream My parents rush in, they see me and Tori horrified They rush towards us and tried to calm us down, Tori was already crying "Okay, what's going on?" my mum asked concerned

Yuji really liked scary films. Toma seemed displeased with it. "I don't think I can handle horror movies well." "Oh come on man, don't be such a baby." Yuji teased. Then it made Toma pout, thinking of it as a challenge from Yuji. "I'm not a baby! Fine, let's watch that movie." And so they sat next to each other as the movie started. Though it was a fact that Toma is a big baby, whenever there's a scene that would scare the shit out of him, Toma will cling onto Yuji. "The heck man, quit touching me." Yuji always gets startled and surprised whenever Toma grabs his arm.

I asked when I looked at her hiding behind me looking so frightened. "I can't, I can't watch the movie. It's too scary and bloody." She pointed out and I couldn't help but laugh. "Hahaha, is that a joke?" I started laughing again because this is ludicrous. "Are you serious? A ghost is scared of a little horror movie, isn't it ironic?" "You can laugh all you want but it's really scary and I just wanted a simple fun movie." I mean, I don't want to laugh at her but I couldn't help it.

*** She laughs at me. ***”Just remind me to not stand to close, that sh*t was scary.”*** Wyatt barks out. “I wonder if Mike was able to detect that with his blood tests?” ***”Probably not. Midge is a phenomenon even science can’t explain. I’m surprised Doc Sylvia’s head hasn’t exploded yet!”*** ***”Shut up, I’m not that weird. You make me sound like a freak.”*** ***”Boss, even I think you are scary.”***

I can feel the goosebumps creeping up on my skin and I feel cold all of a sudden - I know that feeling, I'm scared, I'm scared to death not yet, I thought it was over “but who do we have here? Isn't that Satan's child? »

She is terrified. That's right. Kimmy is a freaking werewolf that is scared of the dark. Makes no sense but that is sometimes the way of things. She is a big ass scaredy cat. Everyone in her family knows it and it embarrasses her to no end, but still, it is true.

Terrified of being hurt again, terrified of failing in a way I couldn’t undo. “I’m so scared, Stefan,” I said, my voice trembling. “I’m scared of everything. Of the future. Of us. Of me.” He pulled me close again, his warmth enveloping me, offering me comfort I didn’t even know I needed. “It’s okay to be scared,” he whispered. “But you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here.” I closed my eyes, trying to calm the frantic thoughts racing through my mind. Stefan’s words, his touch, they were the only things grounding me right now. The only things that made me feel like I wasn’t completely lost.
