Spellcasting Book Novels & Stories

I pointed my finger and Micheal seemed troubled as he got on his feet again. " taught you, Spells, like what? " He was serious all of a sudden, clenching his hand on the spear. " Aging spell, immortality spell, healing, growing plants, I also wash the dishes without washing them, you know what I mean. " I smiled, grateful I have such unique powers. However, Michael didn't smile. " What else he taught you? " I feel bad all of a sudden. " I'm not in trouble, am I? I never hurt anyone. "

My home was the closest to the ocean, the farthest point away from the temple, all wisely planned by my grandpa so I would have a hard time lurking around during sessions that plan is not working out well. I reached in and carefully pulled out an old book, a very very old book. The pages were turning a musky brown colour and the ink came off if pressed on. The book cover was dirty and faded but I could still make out the words Dark Arts. The book was originally general knowledge of dark arts, spells, potions and a whole lot but the one I held had been reviewed with hand written guidelines, understanding of spells and how to use the spells to create new ones.

The incantation is in Elvish tongue, I studied and learned it thanks to the Records of Akistor; it’s a more complicated language that makes mana get stimulated and raise the probability of succeeding in casting a complicated spell! As reaction to my chanting, the flames from the candles flickered and danced, small particles rose from them like small light globes, ascended in the air when the disk that I have made started levitating. I didn’t stop my chanting as I tried my best to maintain the spell and keep the mana flow balanced, that operation took a very long time before we entered the final phase! The disk started glowing in white light as it radiated waves of energy indicating that its

I ask achingly “After the three days banquet with the king. That will be more than enough time to be able to get the strands of hair, right?” “Yeah, so do you have a dark art spell book for the altering of fated mates? Since dark art spell books are very limited editions and an individual is not permitted to have it, save for an institution or organization registered under the King's government.” I ask cautiously “Definitely Hermione, your grandmother got legs…” She grins, standing up “Give me a minute, I'll go get the dark art spell book vol.0 for you to see.” Grandmother walks to her room.

I sit up a little more in the bed, take a deep breath and whisper, “My Bloodline's Book of Power, My bloodline's book of spells. I call you to me.” I smile as my bloodline's book of shadows appears on my lap. I open the cover and slide my hand over the first page. I take a deep breath in and close my eyes, letting my magick blend with the book. As soon as I lift my hand, the pages start to flicker, knowing what I need and not stopping until it reaches the spell incarnation I need.

Eric's head snapped up and he stared at me, "huh! Alright but not now, you need to be equipped first before you can go out there" "But..." "Shhhh....no buts, you'll see your sister for sure, first finish your meal and then we'll learn some spells" I quietly ate my meal and soon, he brought out a large book, on its cover was written "spells and incantations. volume one" my eyes rounded at how big it was, "are we going to finish this today?" "Of cause, we're running out of time" I frowned, "out of time for what" he looked at me briefly and I suddenly felt a bit odd about him,

I navigated through the labyrinth of the library until I approached another section that caught my attention. Spells and Cantrips. The first one I laid eyes on was “Casting Magic for Dummies.” I laughed, unbelievable that they even have such a book, but I shouldn’t be too surprised. Maybe the author was a wizard himself. I plucked it from the shelf and meandered towards a set of tables, plopping my treasures down. I sat at the table and decided to start reading, starting with the year 1970.

There were cobwebs everywhere, and I was not shocked because no one was in a hurry to learn that. Setting my satchel down on a nearby table, I pulled out the spell book and flipped to the chapter on protection. The symbols and instructions stared back at me looking very foreign. I ran my fingers over the pages, tracing the intricate designs as I whispered the first few words of the spell. I felt the air charge around me and for the first time in days, I felt a flicker of hope.

I asked him. Eamon looked at his shoulder and the tattoo before nodding in confirmation. That’s one smart witch. And powerful too. A cloaked sealing spell is quite an advanced technique. Determined, I extended my arms to perform another one, “I’ll unlock this.” Then, without wasting another second, I casted a spell again. It shined a blinding light. Sebastian covered his eyes and I looked away. It was a really bright flash, briefly flooding the room. Once it dissipated, and a moment after, an object floated in the air before it fell in my hands as I caught it just in time. A thick, scrappy book. More tattered than the Crysmorra spellbook that I have.

It looked ancient, its pages wrinkled and brittle. "I think... I think I might have found something that can help," she said, her voice trembling slightly. She opened the book to a seemingly random page and began to read, her finger tracing the invisible lines. "This book... it speaks of a spell. A spell that can induce a temporary state of unconsciousness in shapeshifters. It can also help us detect them hiding amongst the villagers." She paused, her gaze meeting ours. "If we cast this, we can expose any spies that the Blue Moon pack might have planted, and maybe, just maybe, put a stop to their plans."
