Damon’s Pov The screams of a certain scaredy-cat rang out from behind the garage doors, and as I made my way up, a knowing smirk stained my lips. The cat was right to be scared because I would show no mercy. I usually don’t. Our perfect kill spot was an abandoned junkyard that used to belong to a man who owed me money. He paid his debt, anyway. With his life. And his junkyard. “Open up,” I ordered, and Marcus slid the doors open, revealing the bloody wide space, the whimpering man behind the doors, the imposing Gary, and a few other of my boys.

A second later, another crate, this one filled with discarded catering waste and heavy glass bottles crashed down on top of me. Pain flared white-hot in my shoulder as a jagged piece of wood sliced through my shirt and into my skin. I tried to scramble upward, my hands sinking into a slick, nauseating slurry of overripe fruit, discarded hors d'oeuvres, and the cold, wet remains of the lilies Alaric had deemed unworthy. I was buried. I was at the bottom of a steel mountain, the "M" heights' most expensive refuse. "God," I choked out, the word muffled by a mouthful of dust and decay.

I say and the spider starts laughing as his men look at me in shock. "I knew you were fast, but this..." He starts clapping. "What makes you think we need him? You can kill him for all we care. Your only two if you still count your boy toy against us. What are the odds of winning?" He taunts with a smirk as I glance behind at Jayden for a microsecond. He winks and I suddenly understand what he means. I look back at the Spider who takes out a gun. I let my knife slit across the man's neck just as I hear Jayden fighting off the man holding him. The men start running towards me as the Spider talks something hastily into his earpiece.

Well, he had just taken his other slipper and smacked the spider with it so it squashed with all of it’s legs flattened out against the floor. “Gross.” I almost gag at the sight. “Is it finally dead?” I see one of its legs move in response, as if it had heard and understood me, letting me know that it was not going to go down without a fight. Fortunately, his movements ended and Taranis ended up throwing out the entire flip flop that it was stuck to. “Can we also throw out this room?” He says with disgust as he closes the front door, having thrown it away in the garbage.

My face stayed blank as I tossed it straight into the trash. "That one was hand-knit by my mom. This piece of crap doesn't even come close." Elmer frowned when he saw the scarf in the bin, then sat down beside me. "I know. But the dead won't come back, Moira. What's gone is gone. Risa didn't mean any harm, and it was you who pissed her off first, wasn't it? Come on, don't be mad." He reached out like he always did, trying to pat my head.

Swinging its steel limbs, it lunged at Adrian, casting a looming shadow over the human before it. Upon seeing this, Adrian smirked disdainfully. He threw a powerful punch, shattering the air around him. The clash between his fist of flesh and blood and the cold steel limbs of the mechanical spider sent shockwaves through the air, making leaves flutter. With a dull clang, the supposedly indestructible steel limbs of the spider twisted and bent, leaving a noticeable dent. Ivory, utterly bewildered, exclaimed, "This is impossible? This material is state-of-the-art, over two hundred times harder than ordinary steel!"

I pop the 'p' "But before you go searching for him, I need your help. A really enormous spider just crawled under my bed right now—" I hear the shriek first before Chocolate crawls out of my bed, his face twisted in pure horror as he dusts out the phantom spider from his body, doing a small dance while he does so, though he stops he sees the look on my face, his making a sad one "No fair"

They looked fearful yet determined, gripping their pickaxes tightly. We stepped into the action, swiping at the first spider we approached. The pickaxe felt like it was hitting firm jelly every time I made contact, and it turned my stomach. I’d never eat jelly ever again. The spider made a weird hissing sound with every strike, which only added to my general disgust of the whole thing. Allie accidentally struck it in the eye, and a thick, dark, ink-like substance shot out like a geyser. I was definitely going to be sick now.

"That's Batman. Red tail because you're angry bird" She crinkles her nose at Kane. His mouth falls open. "Angry bird?" He indeed has major anger issues but he won't just admit it. "Look who's denying?" Emily rolls her eyes. "Just accept the fact, Kane", I laugh, watching him cringe at us. "Okay, now stop everyone. I will forget who is who" "Silence!" Ivanna gazes at everyone. "Okay, so this other red-tailed one is Spiderman. Because you scold Eric so much"

“Stop saying that!” Spider shouted. “You don’t have a clue what it is to be sorry! You’ve never been sorry for a single goddamn thing that you’ve ever done in your whole violent, awful life! You’ve killed people and destroyed lives, and never had a second thought about any of it! You can’t be sorry, because you’re not fucking human. So don’t even try, OK? I know we’re stuck here together until whenever, but you stay the hell away from me. Don’t talk to me, don’t even look at me. When I’m in a room, don’t come into it. Just – just carry on doing what you’ve done for the past seven years, and pretend that I don’t exist, alright? And I’ll do the same.”
