“Goddess, stop laughing at me,” I holler back.
Parris stands straighter. “I’m not laughing at you,” he frowns. “Come on, Sparks, be insane on your own time. We’ve got a job to do.”
Grunting, I pick up one of the heavier cases and sling it over my shoulders. “I can’t have a wolf,” I hiss under my breath.
