It was iridescent blue—almost glowing as it captivated me. As my gaze traveled to the center, the blue took on a darkening gloss. Peering closer, I counted the wings and realized that this butterfly had five. “That’s the Blue Morpho Aurora,” Xavier said from behind me. “It’s a butterfly from South America.” “The wings are breathtaking.” “The shiny color is due to the way the light travels through the wing scales and gives off a metallic sheen.” I glanced over my shoulder. “So, you’re really into insects?" “Yes.”

I tried to explain with the best of my capabilities but if there are still others who don't understand it and haven't read the sequels, I humbly request to just check the wiki since they have a larger context base. The title of the most beautiful spirit beast of the continent goes to an insect spirit beast named Bright Goddess Butterfly. Its size depends on its cultivation. Greater the cultivation, larger the size. Its carapace is glowing white in color as if the most central location of a fire. The glow released from the white carapace makes its luminescent blue wings with constantly changing dark-blue patterns on the surface and the golden lining on the edge of the wings stand out further.

He was here. The sun was up and in my eyes. The first thing I saw was a sheer curtain attempting to keep the morning light away. The wind blew, sending the curtains up to the ceiling. The few seconds that the window was left bare, I caught a glimpse of the flowers designed by mother nature blooming in bunches and shrubs. They were in a dozen poignant colours, the reds looked like it could bleed. And there were butterflies, two– no three fluttered in my vision. Their wings, quite small but painted like it could only be made for the museum or for Disneyland. The curtain closed and I saw the room more clearly.

"Oh, Madam? Where did you buy that beautiful brooch?" Sky pointed her finger again. The woman flinched. She looked down at her crystal brooch. She didn't thought there was anything special about it. The shape alone resembled a strange butterfly. "This is a souvenir from my niece. She came to visit me last week." "Is she from Oregon?" The owner of the brooch was wide-eyed. "Yeah! How did you know?" Sky's eyes lit up. Her feet jumped a little. "It must be a rare butterfly from Oregon, Ma'am. It's called Leona's Little Blue."

With every flap of its wings, a sweet aroma as well as tiny green flower petals fell off its wings. There were six smaller similar looking butterflies flying around the massive one. These were around 50 meters tall, all of different colors, white, red, pink, green, black and light blue. Milton stood to his feet and observed the butterflies with interest, he realised that all six of these, all of different affinities.

She asked as she looked at him, slightly puzzled. “Yes and no,” he said as he ran his fingers through her hair and spread it out on the pillow behind her. “We are still human, just different from most humans. However, we are the same as well. I know it is hard to distinguish the hows and whys of that statement, but I know you know that already. Our kind is rare. Very rare. I have done a lot of research on the fact they mostly end up with total humans, and as far as I found, you and I may be the first pair of star dust children who ended up together. We will be on our own timetable. Our human side has its higher needs that have to be met, but so does our star dust side. I did notice that star

"She’s the Blueprint of the Twenty-Sixth. And she’s already started the re-weave." From the Hive, thousands of Silver-Black Butterflies began to emerge, their wings etched with the faces of the people we had lost.

A few actually did brush against my dress, leaving little spots of glowing pollen that faded after a few seconds. The butterfly garden was at the center of a circular clearing surrounded by tall hedges. And when we stepped through the opening, I gasped. There were hundreds of them. Maybe thousands. Butterflies in colors I didn’t even have names for. Some were the normal colors—blue, yellow, orange—but others glowed silver, or shifted between colors as they flew, or left trails of sparkles behind them. “See?” Raven whispered, like talking too loud would scare them away. “Aren’t they beautiful?”

He doesn’t have to say anything because from the way he moves so uncomfortably, he knows about Chris’ heroic deeds. “You don’t get a say-” “Oh, can it, Dad?” Victor yells, and I love that he’s standing up to his father. It makes him look so hot. They’re both arguing, but I don’t listen to them anymore because something catches my eye. A… butterfly? A black butterfly flies so gracefully, I study it in awe because it has the most beautiful wings I’ve ever seen. Black with tiny stars on them. And those stars glow, it’s so pretty.
