He has dark circles under his eyes and swears he looks like a raccoon. Aiden lets out of breath as he lowers his head, but his eyes catch something, and they snap back up, looking into the mirror. His eyes go to his neck, and to his horror, instead of Thaddeus's beautiful mark, he sees a horrible jagged scar. Aiden raises his hand, and shaky fingers reach for his neck.
