ALEX’S POV. I stood before our devoted army, their faces filled with determination, ready to confront our enemies. The moonlight was our symbol, and tonight, we would use its light to guide us to victory. "Are you guys ready for battle?" I asked, my voice carrying across the gathering. The moonlight army responded with a resounding cheer, their unity and enthusiasm fueling my own determination. "Are you ready to bring justice to the moonlight pack and save your Alpha?" I asked again, emphasizing our mission.

I hear Dakoda whisper to Stella, "Hey, are you okay with this?" "Yes... D... or I wouldn't be here," Stella tells her. Then she walks up to me and holds my hand. "Don't leave my side, okay?" she whispers to me. "Never, sweetheart," I whisper back, and we enter the party. "Would you like to dance?" I ask Stella. She tenses for a moment, but then she leads me to the dance floor.

POV Stella This can’t be happening. This isn’t real. Stella stayed in bed for days refusing food and refusing help from the nurses. Stella was slowing getting her memories back from the day of the accident. She remembered that Jack was singing to a song on the radio, and she was hanging her arm out the window loving the way the wind felt on her hand. Stella and Jack had just been to the doctor for a fertility appointment, Stella was feeling at complete ease as she had just received great news that their embryo transplant was successful, and she was finally pregnant.
