Stepbrother Mine: A Son For Alpha Zoren Novels & Stories

I look up and see the voice that spoke belongs to William, Scarlett's brother from the dinner at Ryan's. Max holds me up and Ryan makes a mistake of groaning in a trail to pull himself up from the floor. Max face twists into one of rage as he probably looks at the hand mark now sitting on my throat in probably hot red with how much pain my throat was in right now. Max drags me to lean on a wall as he moves on top of Ryan and begins to land punch after punch. Ryan manages to get the upper hand as he flips them both over and continues his psychotic yell.

My destination had only one name. Enzo Zlan, my father's first son, my stepbrother, and the most dangerous of all the Zlan bloodline. Out of all my halfbrothers, Enzo was the only one bold enough to challenge me for the Alpha seat. Being the first son, he felt entitled to the throne, but his mother wasn't my father's fated mate. When the learned about the pack laws, and I was was chosen as the Alpha heir instead of him, he exiled himself, and threatened to return to take what was rightfully his.

“I haven’t found my mate yet, Allie-Jean, and now I have to pick someone I might not want to.” My brother had been searching for his mate for the last four years when he had taken the title of Alpha. Our younger brother Ryan was the next Alpha, but he was only 9 years old. He had been born so much later than us and was said to be a gift from the Moon Goddess herself. My mother and father had feared Shaun would have a hard time finding his Luna.

“We will be sending the confirmation to the Council of Elders. Your case shall be suspended by the end of the working day.” Quietly, Tyler and Derek pumped their fists in celebration. Tyler tapped my shoulder, nodding and smiling at me. I smiled back as best as I could. It probably looked like a shaky imitation more than a real smile. Aaron held up his hands to quiet his sons. Both cleared their throats and began standing still behind me once more. “Can you give us the percentage? Or the pack line?” “We don’t have a record of this pack line in the genetic database, Alpha,” the voice on the phone said. “It must be from outside of our region.”

he declared with a smug smile. “You’re disrespecting Father, Dorian. He won’t forgive you.” He scoffed, his eyes hardening. “He’s not my real father, April. Especially not after he killed my sister.” A sinister grin curved his lips as he leaned in, his mouth near my ear. “I am the Alpha now, April.”

I could feel our bodies getting hotter, and my private getting wetter as he pumped faster. But the fire that was burning inside us, was suddenly quenched. “What the fuck?!” I uttered in frustration as I felt myself drenched in cold water. “Wake up, dumbass.” The voice made me groan in annoyance as I shot him a glare. Mike, the Alpha of Sinister Pack; and unfortunately, my ever-evil stepbrother.

His tone's familiar, like we're old friends, though we only met at the wedding. Rylan, my second stepbrother. His warmth throws me off, my big eyes blinking dumbly, probably looking silly. Rylan walks over, still smiling. "Don't remember me?" Before I can answer, he feigns hurt. "Ouch. I care so much about my little sister, and she forgets her brother." I flail, glancing at Kieran and Daegan, lost. "I-I remember! You're Alpha Rylan, I didn't forget!" I blurt, panicking.

I supported him and tried pleading with our father to bring him back home. “This is not Whitlock, Xander,” I shot back. “Leo is the Alpha after his father, and so on, and that means my son, Brian, will be the Alpha after him as well. You can’t expect me to take that from him, do you?” I was angry. As much as I loved my brother, he had no right to suggest such a barbaric thing. The only thing he could’ve hoped for was being the Beta when my son took over as the Alpha.

Zoe The silence that followed Finn's shout was deafening. Every gun, every pair of eyes, every predator in the clearing turned toward me with deadly focus. My brother's words echoed in the sudden stillness: "That's Zoe Blackthorne, daughter of Alpha Zade!" The guard holding his rifle above me hesitated, his strike frozen mid-swing. Even he understood what those words meant. Alpha bloodline wasn't just valuable, it was sacred, dangerous, worth more than gold to the right buyer.

I watch him walk away and the I look at my love and I see him still staring where his brother was. Then I hear him whisper “Stephen” Stephen that’s what his brothers name. Alex’s brother Stephen. It looks like the original alpha is back Alpha Stephen.
