Ameera yang baru saja bekerja sebagai psikolog di salah satu rumah sakit swasta, di kota A, baru pertama kali mendapatkan pasien yang memiliki penyakit kejiwaan yang cukup complex yaitu, OLD (Obsessive Love Disorder) Pasien tersebut adalah Akbar seorang Pilot dari salah satu maskapai besar di negara ini. Keadaan menjadi sulit, ketika Akbar yang selalu denial dengan keadaannya, meski ia tahu ada yang salah dalam dirinya. Hal itu membuat Ameera semakin tertantang untuk membantu Akbar bisa kembali normal, meskipun banyak rintangan yang harus ia lalui. Di tengah usaha mereka untuk bisa membuat kondisi Akbar kembali normal, Valentine (mantan akbar) kembali masuk ke dalam kehidupannya. Membuat akbar kembali seperti kebiasaannya terdahulu. Di saat itu, Ameera sudah hampir menyerah namun ibu Akbar terus menguatkannya agar bisa membantu Akbar untuk kembali normal.
