The door swung open, revealing a small room filled with dust and light. In the center of the room, sitting on a stone pedestal, were three glowing blue stones. They pulsed with a soft light that matched the color of Raven’s ice magic. "The Star-Stones," Raven whispered. She reached out to take them. But before her hand touched the stone, the ground shook. A low growl echoed from the shadows. Out of the dark came a Guardian—a stone golem brought to life by ancient spells. It was seven feet tall, made of river rock and moss, with eyes that glowed a dull red.

We flew the convoy throughout the facility, hoping to catch up to the others just in time. It hums with energy. As I walk forward, the ground rumbles again. This time, it’s not guardians. It’s something worse. From the shadows, a hideous monster rises. It’s at least ten feet tall, clothed in dark armor with flashing red fractures running through its breast. Horns twist from its skull-like head, and eyes burn like fire.

Steel picked up the stone and took a closer look at it. "Isn't this a meteorite from Isle 416? But there's something different about this one… It's got these textures on it." "We got that from the monsters," Adrian said. "Why would something like this be found within the monsters?"
