Once upon a time, in a world filled with magic and mystery, there lived a pack of werewolves. They were known for their strength, agility and fierce nature. The werewolves lived in harmony with the other magical creatures in the forest, but there was one thing that set them apart - their reaction to the full moon.

Leslie groaned awake as Tara and Zak dragged a table across the shattered window and braced it with chairs. “Tom? You can’t be out of bed,” Leslie said, pushing up on her elbows. “Jakey, what’s happening? What are those animals?” “Werewolves,” Jake said, eyes not leaving the hall. “They’re real.” Tara peeled a slat of the front blinds. “They’re everywhere,” she whispered. “Sniffing. Hunting.” Zak joined her, jaw tight. “Can we make the car?” She checked—froze. “They’re ripping the W.R.X. to pieces.”

The elders, their fur grizzled and eyes reflective with the wisdom of countless moonlit nights, gathered in a sacred clearing where ancestral tales were etched into the very soil they tread. As the echoes of the prophecy reached the werewolf pack, a hushed murmur rolled through the assembled wolves, a ripple of unease that traveled through their furred ranks. Memories of a bygone era, a time when a werewolf heir had dared to love a vampire, resurfaced like ghosts from the past. The consequences had been dire, leading to a near-extinction of their pack.

He said. “I don't think so.” Adriana responded. “You saw their faces, were those the faces of people who hate their alpha?” She asked. “Well, no.” Alpha Tristan responded with a helpless smile. “Exactly!” Adriana exclaimed. “That's because they respect you.” She said. “What if there are werewolves who hate me secretly?” He asked as they arrived at Alpha Tristan's mansion. “They can only hate you secretly because they know almost everyone loves you.” She replied. “And what's stopping them from leaving the pack if they hate you?” She asked. “Nothing!” She replied.

I remember begging him for a story when he came in to tuck me in almost every night. The book was filled with lots of short stories, all of them about werewolves. I flipped to my favorite one, Little Red Riding Hood. It was about a young she-wolf who was taking her grandmother some food goods. Her grandmother lived in the forest oddly enough, instead of a pack where the little girl lived. When she got to her grandmother’s house and knocked on the door, a male-wolf answered the door. As soon as their eyes met, her wolf recognized him as her mate. It turned out that her grandmother had gotten hurt while out and the wolf had found her in distress, carried her home, and tended to her wound

Birdy nodded in agreement, "It is time for the ghost stories to begin and be spread. Stories of a pack of wolves that live nowhere but everywhere, who rescue the weak, broken, and unchampioned, taking those they rescue away with them and disappearing with no clues to who they are or where they came from." ​Three gods and one vampire nodded in agreement. "Let the fun begin. Go lay the groundwork to make the stories true when our wolves awake," Hyperion ordered. ​Cronos snickered, "This is going to be so much fun. Taylor nodded, appreciating her engagement. “These werewolves were outcasted by their packs after losing their wolves, often due to tragic circumstances—death, betrayal, or even severe injury. Some said werewolves were cursed humans, others said they were born from wolves themselves. But one thing they all had in common? Power. A dangerous, seductive kind of power. The kind of power you couldn’t just walk away from.

I ask, many of them know we exist, though their knowledge of us very biased and twisted, they still do, they teach about the Greek gods and ancient Egypt but not about werewolves that are still in existence. "Like I said, it didn't really spread much to our pack and neighboring packs, and people don't talk much about it, what we know is very limited and very less truth to it. The folks who witnessed the war are not here to tell the story." She let out a sigh and gave a sad smile.
