"Tell me everything your parents told you about my family." I sighed, a shameful blush coating my ears. I could still feel the burn behind my ear. It felt raw, especially as blood rushed in a telltale flush. "They told me a lot of things. And, I'm going to preface this by saying I thought the dragon thing was a metaphor. I didn't know it was a literal thing." Thane laughed suddenly. "So sirens, sorceresses, chimeras, all valid and real, but you draw the line at water dragons?"

“Unfortunately, I didn’t know that there were wolf traps in the woods and I wanted to pay attention. Thank you so much for helping me out.” Storm waved her thanks away. This is what she does. Healing. Her mother was among the pack’s healers and she loved it. “My name is Tasha. What are you doing out here in the cold? You don’t look too fine to me” Storm opened her mouth to tell Tasha that she was banished from her land, but that would lead to many more questions and she really didn’t want to answer all those now. “My name is Storm” Tasha smirked and she smiled at the reaction.

They are a blend of all those who came before. “If you don’t mind me asking,” I begin, embarrassed that I have to ask a question that I should already know the answer to, “What kind of dragons are you? What elemental gifts did you receive?” “I’m a storm dragon,” Orion reveals, a touch of blue lightning sparking at his fingertips. “Lightning, wind, and rain.” I nod, impressed. “I too have lightning, but my powers lean more toward fire,” I explain. Turning to Ursa I smile, “and yours?”

"What?" Azalia couldn't believe her ears. Surely, she hadn't heard Melech right. "A dragony?" She repeated in a puzzled voice. "Nobody in their right mind would ride such a dangerous creature." Dragonies were small dragon-like creatures belonging to the Adom Kingdom. They were a dark orange colour, their wings and bodies covered with red scales strong enough to stop a blade. They were gorgeous but could breathe fire and had extremely sharp fangs and claws that could kill a man on the spot. Azalia would never dare approach one of those too close.

Cupid answered him back. “Why you–––“ Atlas started but Cupid shut him up. “Bingo! Alright, Bacchus, Pegasus, you can go in now.” Cupid said on the intercom. “Now we just have to wait until they kill that Black Dragon.” He said to Atlas. “Do you think they can? I mean, that’s Black Dragon. He killed almost half of our members.” Atlas said sitting up. “I actually don’t know. But boss ordered us to do this.” Cupid answered.

“You are so beautiful, dark dragon,” Madchen reached her arms around his neck, never wavering her gaze. “As are you, Madchen, and I love you,” Drago crashed his lips onto hers, searing her mouth with his passion.Black wings erupted from his back, engulfing Madchen in a cocoon of protection. He didn’t care that he was standing stark naked in front of his gathering family, all he cared about was that Madchen accepted him for what he was, a dragon who had found his mate.

Vic can't wait to get the answers to his questions, he was going to do anything it takes just to get his answers. "I will do it. I will do the task with everything I have!" Vic replied. "Not everything you have, but your full self!" The dragon corrected him and went behind the throne. She was dragging a half killed beast. It was a Stampebeast, a beast that is known to have connection with thunder. The two large horn on its head lights up in blue and lightning from the sky will connect with its horn. Whenever the beast connects with the thunder, its full body gets coated in lightning. And when this happens, no attack can kill it or pass through his skin.

My children, the humans, can’t hurt us anymore; if anything, their weapons are big, scary toys that are more likely to scare their own people than hurt us. Nineteen dragons broke through the cloud cover simultaneously, their massive forms silhouetted against the Seattle skyline in a display that would forever change human understanding of their world. Fire dragons with scales like burnished copper, trailing smoke and flame. Storm dragons crackling with lightning that connected sky to earth in brilliant arcs. Ice dragons whose crystalline bodies refracted the city lights in prismatic displays. Earth dragons whose granite hides seemed to blend with the very architecture of the urban landscape.

He made sure to stay just out of range of the fighting yet close enough that he didn't freeze us out. I peeked around his horn, and my attention was immediately captured by the horrific sight. Though the sky was filled with both Golden and Blue Draygons, Tohr and Sólas were easy to spot. Tohr's Draygon shape was one of the largest, and the golden scales glinting the sun off perfectly. Sólas' was not as big as Tohr. Still, he was by no means small. The impacts of their forms against each other let out a sound like the crashing of thunder. When they would lock claws, it would send chills down my back like rubbing glass on glass just waiting for one or the other to shatter.

"What type of dragon do you think I am?" "I don't know. But I'm sure you will be legendary because of who your parents are. Your mother was a Pyrausta, a fae or fairy like dragon.
