Stranded: Alien Dawn Best Seeds Novels & Stories

One of them hissed low, revealing sharp, gleaming fangs—something no human should have. “Who are you…?” I barely managed to speak. One of the men stepped forward. His nails grew into claws in an instant—sharp as blades. His voice was deep, distorted, like an echo from a dark abyss. “The seed inside you... it must be destroyed.” Thump. ***

The Breaking Point The gates of Eldara trembled. Not from enemy battering rams, nor the weight of bloodspawn, but from the magic now surging beneath its foundations wild, unleashed, and ancient. Above, the sky had split open. A storm churned where the heavens should be, and from the crack in the clouds, shadows poured like ink. Kael stood at the mouth of the crypt, still catching his breath, the remnants of the First Moonborn’s power wrapping his arms in glowing runes. Aria stood beside him her aura pulsing like a star, eyes lit silver, a wind that touched nothing howling around her.

It was filled with a thick, iridescent fluid that shimmered with a pale violet light. "The Progenitor Strain," Aidan said, his eyes widening with a mix of fear and lust. "It is the only thing that can ground his frequency. It acts as a biological anchor." Vardan grabbed the vial. He didn't wait for instructions. He shattered the seal and looked at Sora, who was lying on the floor, his eyes fixed on the ceiling with a vacant stare. "Do it," Sora whispered. His voice was a rasp of dry leaves.

They emerged in the Obsidian Reach. The sight was devastating. The sun of the system had been "Encased" in a Dyson Swarm of dead Star-Caller needles, turning the world below into a frozen, airless tomb. But on the surface of the primary planet, Zion-Prime, there was a speck of violet light. The Garden in the Grave They descended through the frozen atmosphere. The Seed-Walkers used their thermal Marrow-Shields to melt a path through the nitrogen-ice clouds. On the surface, they discovered the source of the signal. It wasn't a colony. It was a Bunker-Tree.

I whispered, "they’ll revert to the last 'Authorized' save point. The one where the Hawke-Van Dyne merger is still law." "Exactly," Ethan said. "We didn't win. we just paused the execution. To stop the reboot, we need to find the Source-Seed—the physical location of the master server that Julian hid before the swamp." The Arrival A sudden, sharp whistle from the farmhouse above cut through the air. It was our signal from the farmer. Someone was coming. We didn't reach for guns. We reached for the "Ghost-Kits" we had prepared—small packs containing encrypted drives and the last of our forged IDs. We moved through the cellar’s secret exit, a narrow crawlspace that led to the olive grove.

What's left now on mother planet was the aliens, they are called Zohalian, they are the ones in charge, some are re-formed humans others are pureblood but there's no way to know the difference. Life here is very similar to the earth ones, families, homes, school, work, and colleges. But there's also the remaining of the resistance, that's where Madelyn came in, she's the daughter of the remaining of the resistance leaders, born on the mother planet, her body suffers from pain, she can't eat this planet food, it's too hard for her digestive system.

adds Laryn. We're flying low trying to avoid military's radar. We're sure random human phone calls are alerting the government to our presence but they will be scrambling to figure out if it's a hoax. Calls of three large dragons; one red, one blue, and one silver will give us some time. "We need to head back," shouts Tahr, "I have no mental connection with Pepper." I try to contact Acasia too and feel the lack of connection. We turn back. Somehow I know we're too late. Ten minutes out, that's all, and it's too long to change fate.

So it didn't matter much. Lennox had been on her mind almost every day. She found herself thinking about him at odd times. He suddenly went from bad guy to understanding one and she was trying to decipher which one was the real one. She had heard from the maids back at her palace that Hunter's brother; Alpha Rasmus, had chosen a human as his chosen mate and they were living happily. They even have a beautiful daughter. They were the best examples of the chosen mate bond. It wasn't that bad.

They sent out search boats and professional divers and worked through the night till dawn broke. "Found him!" someone called out. They pulled up the body I had arranged in advance. Only when the evidence was undeniable would Serena and Ethan truly believe I was dead. At the same moment, I was hauled up by the backup I’d arranged in advance. Gus walked over in long strides. "Caleb. Everything's ready. All that's left is waiting for them to walk into the trap." The sun rose slowly. Serena ripped out her IV and wrecked the hospital room. She refused treatment for her leg and insisted on going back to the place we had lived together.

Elena watched patterns, understanding how favour and fear balanced in shadow economies. "Lot seventeen," the auctioneer announced. "Information on Project Moonfall—government program targeting supernatural communities. Bidding opens at fifty million or equivalent exchange." Elena's enhanced hearing caught accelerated heartbeats. Several supernaturals leaned forward, personal stakes obvious. She recognized opportunity. "PhantomByte offers alternative," she announced. "Not purchase, but trade. I'll decrypt and distribute Project Moonfall freely in exchange for collective favour…one minor assistance from everyone here, callable within five years."
