Maybe the universe had cut away the dead weight so I could start over. I swiped my keycard, pushed open the door to Room 1205— ****

' 'Seems like he's overthinking it,' he said, rubbing his arms through his hands. "Do you identify as Lucifer Axosal?" She inquired, blinking her eyes shut. "Yes, ma'am, do you require anything?" He invited them to come forward. "Does this advertisement belong to you?" She inquired, pointing to the poster affixed to the door. "Yes, ma'am," he replied, nodding. "I'd like to have that room." She stated that she was approaching him and standing in front of him. That's when he realized he'd left out the most important detail. He desired a man for the room. Because his house only had one room.

he smirked at me. I looked around the room. It was... not bad, I suppose. There was a large flat-screen TV on one wall, and a kitchenette in one corner. But I didn't care about any of that. What I cared about was the fact that I was stuck in this room with three boys. And I had no idea how I was going to survive it here.

The school had sent out details of students’ dorm rooms and every other vital piece of information through email. “What room are you?” she asked, and I pursed my lips, staring down at my phone. “Room 17…” I was interrupted when Harper shrieked and threw her arms around me. “Our rooms will be right next to each other!” she grinned, and I cocked my head to the side.

It's medium sized with a kitchen, hall and two rooms with a rooftop. I use only one room leaving another one as untouched as it was when my parents died. Everyone dies in this house mysteriously. My grandparents died in the same room, people say they were hanged to the ceiling which shows that they committed suicide but no one knows the reason. After their death my parents took their room and after some years they were also found dead in the same condition. I was sixteen at that time and it's still haunting me till date. That room is definitely cursed and I don't have the courage to open it.

’ As soon as the class ended, which took longer than usual (not that it mattered because I did not pay the slightest attention to what was going on), I walk to the offices. I find the one that said Campus warden and walk in. There were 2. A male and a female. “Do you need something?” She asked as she chewed on a cheese string, her legs sitting on the desk as she laid back on her chair. “Yes, well, I, uh.. I.. there’s a guy in my room. He says he is my roommate I was wondering if a girl could shift in my room instead? Isn’t there a workaround here?” I ask nervously. She looks like she could yell at me at any time. Both of them were definitely in their mid thirties.

She exhaled a breath as if she were stressed to tell me how to find the room. “Room 243 is the suite at the top of the building. Take the elevator up to the 7th floor, and walk straight down the hall to the set of double doors at the very end. That is where you'll find him.” She replied. “Thank you.” I said. “Oh and miss?” The redhead said. I turned and looked back at her. “Be careful, there is something sinister about that man.” She said, in a hushed tone. “Thank you, I will be fine.” I said. Then I headed towards the elevator.

Thea approached a mirror by the wall and opened a silver panel to reveal a keypad. She inputed a code and the mirror slid aside, revealing a different room with neon blue lights. They walked in and the mirror slid back into place. Adelynn's gaze fell on the diverse designs and sizes of guns hanging on the walls. "This is the safe room. No one apart from my husband can come into this place. We're safe here. Make yourself comfortable" Thea said, lowering herself onto a white couch. Adelynn sat down opposite her and facepalmed, t
