Summer then returns to Rania’s side, laying the blanket over her. Summer then gets up, walks over to the bed and the female that is strapped there. She does a quick look over her. She doesn’t seem to be in as bad a shape as Rania, but she wasn’t over much better either. Summer moved quickly this time. The female flinched, turned and tries to curl up, moving away from her as much as her restraints would allow her. Summer leans in a little closer and whispers, “Shh, it’s okay. I am not going to hurt you. I’m going to get you out of here.”

The retreat center had found its rhythm by early summer. What began as cautious hope had blossomed into a living, breathing sanctuary. Women arrived carrying heavy stories and left weeks or months later with lighter steps and clearer eyes. Some returned to visit with their children. Others sent letters years later, sharing how one season at the center had changed the entire trajectory of their lives.

I agreed. “Wanna watch Pretty Little Liars?” she asked. “Do I?” I giggled. “But we could really use some popcorn or pizza” Summer sighed. “Yeah, but we can't. Your devilish grandmother is here” I reminded her in a whisper. Summer laughed. “She hates people who eat junk food. She can't bear it. She thinks it's unhealthy” Summer air quotes. “And she's not wrong but she is going about it the wrong way. I mean she's trying to turn everyone into a vegetarian and honestly speaking, being a vegetarian is literally against our nature. We're were-freaking-wolves for crying out loud!” she groaned.

Her eyes were gentle and warm as she said elegantly, “Yeah, you’re still pregnant, Summer. It’s cold at night so it’s really easy for you to catch a cold. You should really take care of yourself.” Raine was a smart and slick woman. She knew when to speak and when to hold her tongue; when to make a move and when to back down. Unfortunately, Summer loathed such women. She had always found them overly pretentious. “Were you always this kind?” Summer asked coldly as she stared directly into Raine’s eyes. “Summer, I don’t know what you’re trying to say. I really don’t understand you.” Raine’s face remained gentle, and not showing any other emotions.

Summer had painted out a romantic dream in her imagination. Meanwhile, Caroline had finished her conversation with Louise. She approached Summer and said, "Summie, let me introduce you to some ladies." Before Summer could think about it, Caroline had led her away. Caroline took Summer around the venue, introducing her to different women. These women had one thing in common—luxurious outfits. They had the finest clothes, diamond rings, and gold necklaces on them, showing off their wealth. Under Caroline's instructions, Summer nodded and greeted all of them like it was a chore. By the time she was done, she was exhausted.

After Summer had left for England, She arrived the university and was assisted to her dorm room. She shared a room with a New Yorker named Octavia. They were in the same faculty and in turn became friends. Leo, William, Drake and Stephanie also left for college. During the Holidays they would all return home. Summer didn’t associate with them much because she was beyond busy, any little opportunity she gets she put it into her business. The only time she was spotted was on Sandra’s wedding day and the naming ceremony for Sandra’s baby.

I couldn't blame either woman for their actions or thoughts. Summer worked up her courage as she crossed her arms, taking two long strides in my direction. "If I go with you, I don't want you to toss out the usual bullshit pickup lines. I will not tolerate them. I'm not that kind of girl and refuse to fall for the crap coming from a guy's mouth. Do you understand?" She had both a tough spirit and an air of innocence. My mouth watered at the thought of devouring her. My goodness. I was a very bad man indeed.

Natasha The final bell rings and kids squeal as they push the front doors open and race to the freedom that summer break brings. “Bye, Ms. Knight. What are you doing this summer?” Sarah, one of my avid readers asks as she walks slowly toward the door. “I’ll be reading.What else?” I tell her. “And actually, if you're interested, the library has summer reading group Wednsdays at noon. So come see me.” I have a feeling she doesn't have the greatest home life, or social life for that matter. I wonder if she has many friends.

Riley asked stepping into the mess in the sitting room, Domnic followed shortly. “What on Earth is going on here” “Well Summer is going out with me” Scar answered, “And all this” Aria gestured to the mess. “We she needs to look perfect” Summer barely blinked as she opened another box. “Tell your admirers to stop sending gifts you don't need” Aria said, looking around there is barely space to stand. “I need them” Summer answered, slipping her feet into a boot. “Summer that's enough for one day,we have to go”
