Where The Summer Wind Blows (book One)

Where The Summer Wind Blows (book One)

“Totally thrives on this. Loves every second.” I nod. “Yep. And Josh… well, he’s chaos incarnate.” We both laugh softly, glancing at the boys and then back at Gavin, noticing the subtle way he shifts his weight, always quietly aware, letting the antics play out around him. “And that,” Gemma whispers, grinning, “is why summer will never be boring with this crew.” I chuckle, letting the thought settle in. “Never boring… definitely not.” Eben stretches dramatically, still dripping, and grins. “By the way… bonfire tonight. Full-on chaos. Fire, drinks, music—the works. Don’t worry, it’s going to be wild.”

My summer crush

My summer crush

I still didn't get why they liked him. He was handsome, but well… I couldn’t quite get it. Maybe because he was my brother. Summer break was getting close in California, and there was something about the way the sun made everything smell that I loved. I had decided to spend June at my elder brother’s apartment before I resumed college. My brother, Davis, had moved out when he was nineteen and had been living alone ever since he started college. He was pissed off when I told him I was coming over, but what could he do to me?

He also asked if she wanted to attend. James would never force Summer to do anything. Since they met, he had always respected her opinion. Truth be told, she didn't want to go. However, she was worried that it might cause trouble for James if she didn't. Many incidents had already troubled him before. She didn't want to burden him further. "James, if I decide to go, what do I need to do?" Summer asked. "There is a competition at the wine-tasting party. All attendees can participate in it. The influential figures from the four prestigious families will bring out some precious wines. Those participating in the competition only need to mention the year, name of the wine, and their impressions w

Stealing The Dragon's Heart

Stealing The Dragon's Heart

"Oh? And what's happening that requires such early rising?" Freya's eyes sparkled with excitement. "The Summer Tournament announcement of course! The decree will be formally made today. It's the biggest event here." At my blank look, she elaborated animatedly between gulps of cider. "It's essentially a big contest of strength and skill between all the best warriors. There are feats of arms, races, duels, that sort of thing. And the victors earn fame and prizes." I nodded along slowly. "I see...so it's like war games of a sort?"

Summer Waves

Summer Waves

"Helbert! Helbert!" Little feet in flip-flops sprinted across the sand towards a young guy with long hair standing barefoot on the beach. The kid’s face lit up with joy, like seeing Helbert on the shore was the best thing that happened to him today, giving him two precious moments at once.

Breathing in and out, I counted out. “One. Two. Three. Four.” My mind wandered off, thinking about the Summer Festival that we would throw this year. We brought in a lot of money last year and we were wholly unprepared for just how many people wanted to come to our little town. This year we had ramped up our preparedness, but we also were thinking about running some ad campaigns for the daily activities that people could join if they were in the area. We also set up a specific summer camping area. “Fifty one. Fifty-two. Fifty-three. Fifty-four.”

Love the story It isn’t an all sunshines and daisies book It’s much more real The characters feel real with emotions all over the place and conflict that is more realistic I recommend it and I will finish it and read more from the author however I think the book is going to cost almost $50

Such an incredible story! To write with such intricacy with each of characters and then throw in such powerful and complex relationships, the story definitely took a life of its own. Be prepared for tissues, being angry and yelling at some of the characters and even laughing.

Average Jane |Lesbian Story|

She couldn't spend the rest of the year listening to a chorus of kissing sounds whenever she walked into a room. "It'd be easy. We can start by printing up some flyers on the school's printer," Charlie said. "Where would we have people send the poems?" Mary asked. "It'll look kind of strange if it's one of our houses, won't it?" "We can use my cousin's!" Jonas said. "She lives in Washington, D.C. That'll make it look real official. The National Poetry Writing Contest, in the nation's capital." "And then you'll tell Lucy?" Emily asked. She sounded uncomfortable, even disgusted by the idea. "That it's all just a prank? A joke? When it's all over?"

ALPHA'S TEMPTATION

ALPHA'S TEMPTATION

As summer arrived, the Bloodmoon and Silverpine Packs embraced the warmth and vibrancy of the season. The air was filled with the sounds of laughter, the rustle of leaves, and the distant calls of birds. With the success of their earlier workshops still fresh in their minds, Leo and Elara planned a series of summer activities designed to celebrate their growing bond and enhance their skills together. The first summer event was a “Nature Olympics,” a friendly competition that would include various challenges and games inspired by the natural world. Leo and Elara wanted to create an atmosphere of fun and teamwork, where everyone could showcase their abilities while encouraging one another.

Summer Camp

Summer Camp

Nobody is going to come to me. Talking about me, my name is Theodore Reigns. I'm 16, about to enter Junior year in two months when the school reopens after summer break. But to be honest, right now I think it's highly unlikely cause I'm here attending this three day Art camp for next year's senior students, that too in disguise as Elena Griffin, Eastwood's best artist, and so if I get caught, I guess I won't have to go to school again.
