HER LYCAN STEPBROTHER’S OBSESSION

HER LYCAN STEPBROTHER’S OBSESSION

Please, let this not be what I think it is. She nodded, shuffling some papers on her desk. "The oratory contest committee just sent an update, and there have been a few changes." I almost sagged in relief. It was just about the contest. Not some grand exposure. Not another cruel twist in Brandon’s games. Just the competition. "Changes?" I echoed, trying to get my heartbeat under control. "Yes," she said. "First, the contest will now be held for five days instead of two. It will also serve as a major youth conference, so the competition has been extended to accommodate that."

Mr. CEO's Mistress

Mr. CEO's Mistress

HEY READERS!!! I have a good news. My story was featured on Goodnovel's instagram page for the next best books to read. I have a good gem ranking which keeps dropping and rising. So... Do you all know what it means? It means that I have a good ranking in the ongoing CEO and ME contest. I am so happy :) This excitement is the reason for the delay in today's chapter. Hehe! I can't stop thinking about this. Thank you so much to all of you. You really made this possible by giving me gems, reading the book and leaving reviews about it. This truly helped me out. I really love you all for this!

Yes he is. His trying to make her realize she's not a heartless person. I can understand she's tired of people hurting and using her. But she's better than that. He should tell her everything that's going on. So she understand more. Also they should admit their feelings. Quit running from each other

Highly recommended, very good story, loved the characters specially how Damien adored Alice, how Hayes turned to be a friend for Alice. I agree he deserved to find love, maybe Madison since she also deserved to be loved. Alice must be really strong to have endured all never ending hardships. Kudos!

Pretty good so far, I'm broken hearted where I'm at in the book. Author keeps commenting about people asking for steamy scenes but it's a "teen book". Would love to read a rewrite one day with more detail about a few things that have happened and of course those steamy scenes, LoL.
@it's me!
wait what! I can't believe this ended like this.......I was hoping it to end some other way but everything don't go as you think....so yeah I have to say that this book was a awesome read...and with a really different story line .. thank you so much dear author for sharing it with us.

My Wife is a Hacker

My Wife is a Hacker

"Well, the rules will be the same as the previous year. Every contestant will be on their own. The last person standing after every other contestant's defense have been destroyed will be the champion!" "Woo-hoo!" The crowd cheered like it was the final battle that they had all been anticipating! Nicole, however, did not expect this contest to bore her to such a degree. 'Well, it seems like this is just a computing contest that tries very hard to present itself as a hacking competition. It's nothing professional, and it keeps creating conflicts to attract viewers.' However, she did not care about that at all. She was just there to have some fun. "Everyone, please take a seat."

Slaved by the Ruthless Lycan King

Slaved by the Ruthless Lycan King

He was the type of man who would do anything just to win against Gunner. “Let them collide, so I will see how they will explode each other. Just inform me if Ashra is doing fine in their house.” I continued signing the papers. I took a deep breathe when I saw the contest that my Beta had sent to me. “What is this contest?” “It's a contest for every leader of the pack. It means the Beta will be with their Alpha and will fight with each other. It's only exclusive for the werewolf community.” My Beta explained, and I found it interesting as I felt like it was a good idea to play with this contest.

Teacher's Pet

Teacher's Pet

After all, he was my numero uno fan. “Not really… well, kind of. My manager told me about this competition all over the States when I went to submit my draft to her, it’s about writing an original novel on any genre the writer prefers. Whoever wins—I think there will be one from each genre—will get their book published nationwide and sign a five-year contract with one of the famous publication houses.” I explained. “Ah! That’s great! You decided on what to write yet?” he asked curiously, laying his head on my lap as he did so. “I could give you—”

Very much enjoyed this story! Great dialogue, characters & storyline. Did not drag out with ridiculous plot twist or misogynistic action against the female lead. Plot was whimsical, but nicely done. No excessive, but stupid chapters. Kudos to a job well done! Thanks!

I couldn’t put this book down and read it in a day. It was compelling, the characters were well written, and I loved the FL (by the end). Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!! I’m going to read more by this author, for sure!!

I am so happy and sorrow at the same moment, because happy for Anatomy and Nadia's Happy ending and sad because it has come to end. This novel was one of my favourite novel. and the way author you have written it, I was hooked to the end.

I’m ready for another dark mafia story. Also, with the comments from below I will definitely give this one a go. Plus knowing the author I’m positive it’s a great read like her other books. Hopefully the updates will be daily…

Frequently Asked Questions

I've spent way too much time down this rabbit hole. The ones that always come up for sheer prize money are the big international contests—think 'International Book Award' run by various festivals, or those big standalone ones like the 'Miami Book Fair' competitions. But honestly, a lot of the absolute highest cash prizes aren't for unpublished novels; they're career achievement awards for already-published books, like the 'International Dublin Literary Award' which is like €100k but that's for a book that's already out in the world.

If we're talking about pure manuscript contests for unpublished or self-published work, the numbers shrink fast. The 'Amazon Storyteller' award had a massive purse, but it's been inconsistent. The 'Masters Review' novel excerpt contest has decent prizes, and some genre-specific ones like the 'Writer's Digest' annual competition offer good money in their novel categories, but it's often in the $5k-$25k range, not life-changing sums. A weird thing I've noticed is that some of the biggest cash prizes come with the most strings attached—exclusive submission windows, insanely specific genre requirements, or clauses about film rights.

My take? Don't chase the biggest dollar figure alone. A $2k prize from a contest that has a real track record of getting winners agent attention and publication deals is worth ten times a $10k prize from a contest nobody in publishing has heard of. I'd trade a slightly smaller check for a legit imprint's first-look deal any day. The money's nice, but the real prize is the career launchpad.
