Supernatural Elements Novels & Stories

he clearly instructed them. All the brainless demons scream gibberish words at the top of their lungs to show that they understand the instruction. They run in different directions and start smashing everything that gets in their way. Some demons use fire elements and burn everything that moves. Other demons use wind elements and use it to lift large objects and throw them away. The rest uses water and earth elements. Upon observing their behavior, I finally realize that they are elemental demons. They are powerful but they lack discipline.

Max disappears from the lord's house. I use my connection with him through our mind link. I can see what he seeing and I can feel what he is feeling. Humans, supernatural beings, and all living things are suffering the wrath of nature. I feel the nature and slowly take my surrounding in. I can see the elements in their destructive nature. I see a hurricane fast approaching a major city, destroying anything and everything in its way. The humans and supernaturals are sleeping peacefully, not aware, that their death is approaching in the form of a Hurricane.

Why did he think I would freak out over what he was about to say? "Supernaturals are real and they've existed even before humans came on this earth. Of course, humans don't know because that would cause chaos. However, in the sixties, a scientist discovered our existence and saw us as a threat to the human race. So he created all kinds of formulas and recipes to overpower them. He wrote them in a sacred book. The supernaturals soon came to discover his plans and he, unfortunately, got killed. The book became an ultimate weapon among the supernaturals. Because even supernaturals could use it to overpower everyone. Of course, that's something that no one wants to see.

I can understand that the impact could have killed some, but we have superspeed. The others could have easily escaped unscathed but they were engulfed in a huge fire. What sort of fire would burn all the way to the bones? Only a person with an affinity to fire can do that to a supernatural being. However, I have not heard of humans with an affinity to any of the elements.

The demon master appeared sincere. “Your minion called me a Qistina. What does he mean by that?” Alexa asked not wanting to beat around the bush. The sooner she got the information the better. She didn’t want to be in this inferno for a second longer. The demon master sighed rubbing his neck as he thought about her question. “Well, you will have to know about a few other things before I answer that,” he began. “You see, the supernaturals are creatures who hold powers that cannot be understood by the humans, they thrive on power. In this world, power is everything. The strongest and most powerful of all will survive and weakest will perish,” he continued.

He chuckled lightly and shook his head. “No. While every other supernatural being may have biological parents, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but you do not have biological parents. You were placed on this earth as a way to tame and control the imperfections that were created and to rule over kingdoms. It is prophesized that you would be the most charming, charismatic, and loving being in the world that you would not be able of corruption. To make sure this is the case, when you were placed onto the earth, you were put through a series of tests which would have shifted the personality of any regular imperfect being. These tests, although unnecessary, are usually everyday struggles

“You have made it obvious that your element is spirit.” “I don’t follow?” I sit forward. “You see the dead,” she clarifies. “However, what we experienced with your screaming earlier was the effects of the earth.” “I don’t get the big deal?” “Are you suggesting she has more than one element?” Nate inquires, his eyes wide. “That’s unheard of.” “Look,” I say, annoyance bubbling inside me. “If elements are such a big deal around here, why am I only now finding out about it? Why hasn’t anyone mentioned them to me?”

He instantly cut me off, seeming like he could actually read my thoughts as he calmly explained, “Supernaturals are way more stronger than these puny little humans, hence your charms will not affect them in the same way it does for the humans. Plus, they wouldn’t dare touch what is already claimed.”

Surprised. "Can you do something about it?" I asked her. She smiled and got up from her seat. "Witches, wolves, vampires... All of us are powerful supernatural beings. We're known as supernatural because we're superior to the natural ones, that's the humans. I think you both know that?" She spoke. "Yes," we agreed, looking at each other. "So we're powerful. And we do handle our powers nicely. But then, there's always a supernatural being, who is extremely powerful. Much more than the usual ones, and that's where the problem begins," the witch explained.

"Finе, but can't you at lеast tеll mе morе about this thrеat? What arе wе up against?" Orion hеsitatеd, еxchanging a glancе with Luca. "It's a powеrful faction sееking to еxploit supеrnatural еlеmеnts for thеir own gain. Wе'rе thе linе of dеfеnsе." I raisеd an еyеbrow. "Supеrnatural еlеmеnts? You mеan likе magic or somеthing?"
