I whispered, my words slipping through the air like a sharp blade. Her face paled, and her hands trembled as the realization washed over her. Samantha, the ghost from our past, a specter we had long thought banished to the depths of forgotten memories. Yet here she was, resurfacing like a vengeful spirit, intent on wreaking havoc upon our fragile existence. I moved swiftly, my hands still feverishly gathering our belongings, tying up loose ends. The stranger dropped his glamour, revealing three more traffickers who'd been cloaked by dark magic. They moved with supernatural speed, clearly enhanced by illegal power boosters. She put down the picture and ran to the sofa, her eyes sparkling with hope. “Mommy, you’re being lazy again! I’m going back to our old home to get the music box. Then, I can wake you up!” Seeing her determined to leave, I instinctively reached out for an umbrella, wanting to remind her that it was raining outside. Alas, my hand passed right through her body! In that instant, I suddenly remembered—I was dead. I could never protect her like before.

They were midway across the path, in front of a cemetery when suddenly graves started opening. "What is going on?" Isabella asked, clutching onto Chris tightly. Chris was suddenly sweating so furiously but Ariel was cool and her face was blank and devoid of any emotions. They stood there watching six tombs open and six scary-looking ghosts walked out. Isabella was already whitish in appearance knowing who they are. Chris's hairs were all up and his eyes green, his normal sight nature. "GREETINGS TO THE SPECIAL ONE." One of them muttered. "GREETINGS TO THE LITTLE GODDESS." Another muttered.

Carine said. “Suppose,” Laura said in a sad voice. “But you’re not in a long term relationship and you’re having mind blowing sex. It’s just so unfair,” she moaned in a tone of false despair. The pair continued chatting about love lives and sex when the door exploded inwards, a scream of shocked surprise tearing from Carine’s throat. The spike of fright the explosion had caused grew when she turned and saw the horror that had entered. It’s one of those dog things from Ghostbusters! Her mind screamed insanely.

I raised my hands in an attempt to disengage, but CK continued, oblivious to my desire. “You’re the direct descendant from a clan of great ghostbusters.” I remained aloof. “Ghostbuster is a superficial term,” I protested. “We are communicators with the spirits. A bridge between the two worlds. We do not ’bust’ anything or anyone.” “Your reputation precedes you – you have solved many supernatural mysteries, no?” “Those are tales. I fall short of the glowing testimonials you heard from the grapevine.” “I remember that you were voted one of the top ten most eligible bachelors of Singapore. 1.8m tall, 32 years old, and a brilliant academic at a top university.”

Maybe we would be able to pick up ghostly sounds in the recording. Just then, he realized that the batteries of the recorder that we brought with us have suddenly run out of juice… Earlier on, at the start of the tour, he had already warned us all that these things usually happen in places like these. You're people that get called when somethin' strange is in the neighborhood?” The air hung thick, and I turned to the team, exchanging a quick glance. We were a little too used to being put in situations where people didn’t quite understand what we were capable of. But we weren’t ordinary paranormal investigators. Not even close.

It immediately disintegrated. "He's back", Eida exclaimed, falling to the floor. "Call a meeting. Now!", he said, his eyes becoming normal again. Emily's POV "You're a Ghost Buster?" "Yes. No. I'm a Ghost Catcher". "And you catch ghosts?", I asked, looking at Aubrey who nodded. "How did you know he... it was going to attack me?" "Lost Daniel is a ghost that terrorizes visitors of the countryside. And I'm sorry I let you out of my sight", Aubrey explained.

Skyler screeched to a halt, her face pale in terror. "Nom… Young girls taste the best." Ghost was licking the blood off his lips as he threw the corpse he had been holding with just one hand and grinned viciously. It was a girl just around seventeen, her expression frozen eternally in death after Ghost chewed through her throat. Seeing that she was not getting away, Skyler decided to talk and try to buy time. "Don't you see?! The power of the spiritron vein has consumed you!" That only left Ghost glowering. "And that's because your boss Torrent pushed me this far!"
