Antonio's muscles stretched with anger, "Name him, King." I looked into my Beta's blue glowing eyes before answering, "Daniel Hunter." He was taken aback by the revelation, "Daniel Hunter? The one who belongs to the Hunter family of the UK?" I nodded my head in slow motion, "Yes, the same Hunter family who is known about their history of hunting the supernatural kinds in the name of keeping a fucking balance in the world." Antonio stiffened, "And they are back to hunt more of us. What are your orders?"

Caleb hisses in his head as they can feel the power Griffin holds, but still can’t put their finger on what he truly is. Seraphina then grabs Dominic and shoves him to the side as an arrow zips between them. Before 5 Werewolves, 3 Demons, 6 Vampires and 8 Human Hunters surround them. Don’t risk yourselves more than need be,’ I responded to her. The sheer number of their reinforcements didn’t get rid of the risk. There was so much that could go wrong. Hunters were humans, yes, but they had a fuckton of dangerous weapons here. Their goal was the eradication of supernaturals. They spent generations studying the various species in our world – weaknesses, strengths, and everything that made them tick.

“Then you had to go and get kidnapped. I would sit in the room with Toby while he healed. No one even knew. I told him how much I loved him. But, all he thought about since he woke was you.” She swings the knife at me again. I jump back again, not wanting to hurt my ex best friend too much.
