Mr. Hampton punched some buttons and placed the telephone on his ear, it rang once and Annie picked. “Hello Annie, please make my wife scrambled eggs and sweet potato. Everything should be well done please, we will be waiting. Thank you” he ended the call.

“In any case, that won’t solve the problem.” I walk fast and catch up to him, stepping alongside him. “No, I guess not. But I’m craving something sweet and delicious.” I say the latter with a double meaning. Will notices because he glances at me sideways. I haven’t gone since my first date with Ethan. Gabe loves all things sweet and even though it’s brunch, I know he’s going to get the waffles with the Nutella, mixed fruits, and special syrup.

“I already announced it in front of the reporters. Do you think it’s fake?” Luke raised his brows. “I’ll bring some wedding candy tomorrow for you to try.” “Oh, sure...” Luke had always not taken things seriously since he was a child, and Sydney was used to it. We walk around town aimlessly, he showed me all the shops, the movie theater, the park, and eventually rest our feet at a small cake shop owned by a lovely little old lady. I was loving the shop name already. "Sweets." I smiled widely at Nate making him laughed. "You're so going to be a diabetic with your sweets craving. Come let's see what will tickle your senses here. My brother said they have the best cake and the lady can make really realistic looking ones." He took my hand as we walk to the counter to pick a cake.
