The entire cavern was brightly illuminated with a ghostly glow, dazzlingly brilliant, mysterious, and peculiar.
Water constantly dripped from the crack in the ceiling, creating layers of ripples. The lake water looked like a single, flowing block of emerald crystal, the interplay of light and shadow shifting and captivating the mind. Large chunks of crystal formed the uneven ground. Feige led her to the edge of the lake and scooped up a handful of water. Its strange warmth was unbelievable.
