The Rejected Luna’s Secret Crown

The Rejected Luna’s Secret Crown

"They’re launching drop pods! They’re coming through the shield!" "How?" I demanded. "The shield is solid!" "They aren't using energy weapons, General! They’re using kinetic rams! They’re smashing through!" On the tactical map, I saw them. Black, coffin-shaped pods were firing from the Northern ships. They slammed into my violet dome. Most exploded on impact, vaporized by the magical feedback. But some of the heavy ones punched through, trailing smoke and debris, and crashed onto the black sands of the beach. "Repel boarders!" I ordered. "Do not let them reach the blast doors!"

The Niece Who Nuked My Figures

The Niece Who Nuked My Figures

Arlene's POV A muffled thud of something heavy hitting the floor came from upstairs again, and the whole house seemed to shake along with it. I dodged past my brother-in-law, Tyler Atwood, and rushed straight into the house. Tyler reached out to block the doorway. "Hey, what's wrong with you? You just got back and you're charging into the house without even saying hello to me? Have you no manners?" I forcefully shoved his hand aside, causing him to stumble back a couple of steps.

Bound by Blood

Bound by Blood

I was backed into a narrow dead-end between three towering stacks of corrugated shipping containers. Footsteps splashed heavily through the mud just around the corner. A tactical squad six men, moving in a tight, disciplined wedge formation breached my perimeter. Their rifle-mounted flashlights cut through the dark, reflecting off the pooling water at my feet. "Target sighted! Freeze!" I did not freeze. I calculated. At their current distance and velocity, a direct kinetic discharge would eliminate the front three targets, but the secondary blast radius would trigger a sympathetic detonation in the industrial generator housed in the container to my left. The resulting blast would kill them a

ALPHA'S HOSTAGE HEART

ALPHA'S HOSTAGE HEART

" How long until impact? Elena asked, feeling the world tilt because nuclear weapons meant silver wolves working together had no defense. "Ninety minutes," Walsh said. Coleman is giving you time to evacuate and spread out so he can track your run, then retarget and launch. He wants to hunt every silver wolf on Earth with America's nukes." Alexei looked surprised for the first time since Elena met him. Alexei said, "I didn't anticipate humans would rather destroy themselves than allow silver wolves to exist." "This significantly alters the calculation." Elena could tell from their bond that Baby Katerina was reaching for something far away with her abilities. Her eyes were glowing silver as s

My Ex-Husband CEO Regrets Too Late

My Ex-Husband CEO Regrets Too Late

“What?” Leo pointed at the screen. “They’re targeting the city.” Inside the vault Marcus whispered, “He wouldn’t.” The general looked directly into the camera. “You have five minutes to surrender control of the system.” Sebastian asked quietly, “And if we don’t?” The general didn’t hesitate. “Then the strike proceeds.” Inside the penthouse Daniel whispered, “That’s a nuclear strike.” Leo shook his head. “No.” He zoomed the weapon profile. “Tactical EMP missile.” Olivia looked confused.

Triplet Alphas Gifted Luna

Triplet Alphas Gifted Luna

“I didn’t give you the complete picture earlier. I thought I could shield you from the more painful realities, but that’s not fair to you. You deserve the truth. You can handle the truth. You need it in order to properly plan. One of the gifts I have now is shielding. I’m going to put a shield around all our thoughts about this. We need to keep its knowledge in this room.” She put up the shield, then told them. They were silent for a moment. “Are you sure? There isn’t another way?” Liam said. “I’m sure.” “Do we still need the nukes?” Cody said. “Yes. Backups. Always have plan B and C and D.” “This is a significant bummer,” Maverick said. “War has casualties,” Thea said. “Not suicide bombers—

I absolutely love this book. It's the only reason I have this app. Great story and the spicy bits are so good. The way she writes the characters really makes you care about them, understand them and want to read more. Can't wait for the story to continue. I look forward to the almost daily updates...️

This was absolutely the best book I’ve read in a while. I got to the middle and started over just to read it again. Got to the end and went back to the middle and read again. Now I’m going to start reading the entire book again ,she captured the essence of each character perfectly. Next book please!

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

For the first time, uncertainty and unease crept into Decider One's voice. Hayley smiled. "I've got one last surprise for you." Hayley looked at him coldly. "You want to play god so badly, huh? Then get ready for my gift… The Godslayer." The moment her words fell, a nuclear missile erupted from beneath the sea outside the Aecraton waters. It tore across the sky toward an island in the Southern Hemisphere. Confusion and unease flashed across Decider One's face. Suddenly, an incomparably blinding light exploded in front of him.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

Games of Invictus

Games of Invictus

Jackson shouted, "get outside so that Lucas can grab you with the dropship! You've pushed your luck too much today, and I'm not letting anyone stick around for the launch in case our unknown ally gets something wrong." I nodded. "I have no objections to that." As we hobbled our way down the stairs, my arm thrown over Jackson's shoulders, Quinn touched a hand to his right ear. "You hear that, guys? Ten minutes to launch." He stopped midway down the stairs, causing me to stumble. A flash of curiosity crossed his face. "You detected what, Lucas?" he asked. Jackson turned to me. "Lucas just picked up a new nuclear signature," he told me. "But it's coming from the central building."

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

"IF I CANNOT LIFT YOU, I WILL BURY YOU." Multiple hatches opened on the underside of the ship. Rows of kinetic bombardment cannons swiveled down, pointing directly at our heads. "Orbital bombardment," Marcus said, his face grim. "Tactical nukes. Or 'Rod from God' kinetic spikes. Either way, we're ash in thirty seconds." "We need cover!" Haley cried. "Where? We're in a hole!" "No cover," I said, struggling to my feet, my stone arm clanking against my side. "We stand."
