During the battle with the monster, Tammy got killed; while the monster was ripping him apart into its signature six parts, Alonso stabbed it from behind with his stake, and so did the others. While the monster was screaming and struggling to live, the crew ran as fast as they could and finally found themselves on an expressway that seemed to be in the middle of nowhere.

A surge of raw force exploded upon impact, sending the beast tumbling backward with a pained howl. It crashed onto the ground, writhing in agony and unable to rise.
