CHAPTER FOUR Teenage FBI The enrolment phase was a swift affair helped by the incredible efficiency demonstrated by the members of The Blue Thunder Foundation. A lot of struggles most people back then would refer to as teenage hormones. Teens are always misunderstood. I know that because I am one.
