Her tigress had disappeared when the first truck blasted through the entrance banner, setting off fireworks. Her date wrapped an arm around her from behind, pulling her close. “Francesca, this is my cousin, Simba.” The man reached out. “Simba is my stage name. Call me Bob.” She laughed at the contrast in names. “Did y’all like that jump? That was the most air I’ve caught in a while.”

Simone's pov I looked side by side to see James and Jason, the Franklin twins, holding me on either side of my arms, and I winced as their grip tightened when they held me back from moving. "Let go of me! Let me go now!" I yelled, kicked and trashed about violently, and I trashed about more furiously when I watched Dave open a rest room cubicle and upturned my backpack. Tears filled my eyes. I wasn't sure if it was from the fact that my hands were aching from being held too tightly by the JERKlin twins or from seeing my own books, weeks of homework and years of work, falling into the toilet.

"Mum said to wake you up!" he snorted, rather annoyed. He was running late for his practice. His team had just qualified for the finals and he was the star player of his team. Suzanne stretched lazily and got out of bed, ignoring her brother who then marched out after making sure she was fully awake.
