He drew six children; four were girls while the remaining two were boys. He turned to look back at them. "I found out that the six children normally played with Patches but not at the same time. Four girls, two boys...But one of the boys, Todd, moved out of the neighborhood a month ago, so I ruled him out." Andrew drew a big 'X' over one of the figures he drew on the board. "So I researched more on the other five kids, afterall most children loved puppies and, who, when given the chance, might grow to love Patches and might want to claim her for themselves." The silver chain that dangled on his neck completed the entire look. "I'm not annoying." She heard Ope mutter to Ada, putting his arms around the stubborn girl who just pouted all the way. "You're stubborn sha." He teased, pulling against the girls puffed up cheeks as she instantly swatted his hands away. Janet shyly took her boyfriends hand, leading them to the movie center which had a small line at the front. "Let's watch merry men." Ada perked up, "Isn't that 18 plus?" Derek asked. "I'm 18!" Ada defended with a wide toothed smile.

"Come on, kid, otherwise we might be late." Riley grabbed her backpack as they left the house. Riley hopped into the passenger side of her dad's pickup truck. School was on the way to the administration buildings, so dad always gave her a ride. It only took about 5 minutes before they pulled up to Alpha Academy on the pack lands. Alpha Academy got the children ready for their life as a pack member and helped them figure out where they would fit in best. Riley has always been pushed towards doing more combat, although she did have a couple of administration classes in accounting and business, as well as health and healing. She knew she was destined to be sorted into patrols just like her mom.
